1 September 2023 articles Question I read in the tafseer of Qaadi Baydaawi that it is waajib to migrate from a country where you can't live according to Is- lam - a country where it is for- bidden to make Fard ibaadat or it is compulsory to commit haraam or the fear of oppres- sion causes fitnah in your deen. Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab (as there is no islamic state now in the world), where is it preferred to go? Is it in a so-called Muslim country or a kuffar state that is less oppressive to Muslims? Can you advise on a destina- tion ? Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab, should we take our time and tidy our af- fairs in this country first, like selling our house and materi- als? Or should we depart ur- gently without regard to our dunya possessions ? Or should we live like cockroaches in hid- ing and try to live our Islam in fear of the oppressors ? To clarify my situation: I was born in France and live in France. This is a country where sodomy is a state obliga- tion. It is illegal to say or tell to your children that this is contra- ry to the shariah and fitrah. It is the home of the people who blaspheme against Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The only solution and the only safety for Muslims are to return to the Path of Obedience – the Shariah and the Sunnah. Muslims should repent and re- form themselves. This is the only way of averting the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. Meanwhile, it is also essen- tial for Muslims to mobilize and organize themselves for their defence. (Continued from page 1) Ahl-e-Haqq and Ahl-e- Baatil A jalsah was being organized at Darul Uloom Deoband. A prominent man of wealth was endeavouring to create peace between Deobandis and Barelwis. It is preposterous to expect that the Ahl-e-Haqq abandon their Maslak and submit to the way of the Ahl-e-Baatil. Only the unity which is based on Haq is the desired objec- tive. When Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had unfurled the Proclamation of the Kalimah (I’laa-e- Kalimatullah), all the kuffaar were united in their kufr. This Proclamation of Tauheed im- mediately created massive disunity. Thus, it should be clearly understood that for the Ahl-e-Haqq such Disunity is the Praiseworthy Objective. Therefore, just as the requisite was for the kuffaar to aban- don their kufr and join with Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), so too is it today. The people of Baatil should abandon their Baatil and join the Ahl-e-Haqq. This is the praiseworthy and desirable Unity. The implication (of peace and compromise by moron reformers) that the Ahl -e-Haqq should abandon their stance of Haqq for the sake of the (haraam) unity is Mar- dood (Rejected) and never de- sirable. Mu- hammad Bin Qaasim was 17 years of age when he attacked Hindustan. In his army were seasoned, experienced and el- derly fighters. However, all obediently submitted to his orders. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 4 Once a European king mockingly said to Sultan Ab- dul Majid (the last Sultan of the Ottoman Empire): ―In Eu- rope you are like a tongue in the midst of 32 teeth‖. The Sultan having presence of mind understood that the king was referring to the then weak political condition of Turkey. He promptly respond- ed: ―Yes, it is correct. Howev- er, it is natural for the teeth to first perish and fall out while the tongue remains in- tact.‖ This is undoubtedly true. However, in the Turkish sce- nario, the tongue (i.e. Turkey) perished first, and the teeth (i.e. the European states) re- mained. If he had possessed perfect Aql which for Muslims is possible only by means of Taa-at and Ibaadat, he would have under- stood that the Tongue would remain intact and not rot with cancer as was the case with Turkey; he would have en- sured the correct implementa- tion of the Shariah and Sun- nah. Due to deficiency in Aql the Sultan failed to understand that the tongue can also perish before the teeth when it rots away with cancer, as the Otto- man Empire as well as previ- ous Islamic Empires had rotted into oblivion as a consequence of their spiritual rottenness and rebellion against Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is only by means of to- tal submission to the Shariah and Sunnah that an Islamic state can endure and become a formidable power. He was passionate about being civil to all around him. He promulgated kindness to animals as indicated in many narrations. With this in mind, what view should Muslims hold regarding a system wherein exists open and fla- grant cruelty? A chicken is a living being, having both soul and intellect, albeit in a lesser degree to mankind, possessing con- sciousness and emotions. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) termed all kuffaar systems of killing animals Shareetatush Shaitaan (the slaughter of the devil). SANHA, MJC and the rest of this barbaric cartel of carrion halaalizers cannot be Muslims. How can a human being sleep in peace when he is instrumen- tal in the brutal torture of bil- lions of the Makhlooq of Allah Ta‘ala? They sleep in satanic ‗peace‘ because they are de- void of hearts. They have ab- solutely not a vestige of Imaani conscience. In spite of this, they remain at- tached to these enemies. My advice for Molvis is to abandon these futile activities (this is a reference to participation in politics). They should make dua to Allah Ta‘ala, attend to Tableegh, to their Fatwa duties, learning and teaching. They should not squander the time by associating with igno- ramuses. Nowadays, the juhala (ignoramuses) pass resolutions and the Molvis follow them (i.e. bootlick them). What rubbish is this? They are the cause for the ruin of the Ummah. Is it Waajib to seek secular education as the arti- cle implies? The author of the article is Maulana Zulfiqaar Ahmed (Engineer) who is a Naqshabandi Shaikh. Article below. (The comments of Al-Haq are highlighted in brackets) IMPORTANCE OF BENEFICIAL SECULAR KNOWLEDGE Remember, gaining the mate- rial/secular knowledge, the knowledge of science and oth- er useful knowledge is also mandatory on the Ummah as a whole, in terms of the Shariah. (This is baseless. The idea suggested by this averment is that like Janaazah Salaat is Fardh-e-Kifaayah, so too is secular education. There is no daleel for this monstrous and baseless claim. The com- munity will not be sinful even if no one pursues secular knowledge. – Al-Haq) Imam Ghazali R.A. says that, gaining that knowledge that can help Muslims to overcome the plots, plans and ploys of the kufaar is mandatory (wajib). (Imaam Ghazaali‟s view does not support what Engineer Zulfiqaar pro- pounds. Imaam Ghazaali in this statement confines his opinion to harmful schemes and conspiracies of the kuffaar – plots to harm and destroy Muslims and Islam. The reference is not to the ac- quisition of secular knowledge for becoming en- gineers and the like. – Al- Haq) Take careful note of this point. If, Muslims lose or for any other reason the Flag of Islam falls, it is strongly advised to achieve that knowledge (defense technology, becom- ing self-sustainable in terms of producing food and basic ne- cessities, learning to go "off the grid" etc.), that will reverse the situation and help to over- come the difficulties. Attrib- uting the cause to mundane issues, he produced the base- less solution of technology for the production of food and the like. He believes that such knowledge of the dunya “will reverse” the defeat and raise the Flag of Islam. It is indeed scandalous for a „maulana‟ who happens to be a „shaikh‟ of the illustrious Silsilah of the Aakhirah such as the Naqshabandi Tareeqah to disgorge the tripe and trash which the aforementioned averment contains. His focus is totally diverted from the Qur‟aan and Sunnah which clearly mention and explain the causes for Muslim defeat and the fall of the Flag of Is- lam. The decline and fall of Muslims were never the con- sequences of paucity or lack of worldly means and ways. The defeat and humiliation of Muslims were the direct con- sequences of total disobedi- ence and treason against Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. And nothing else! If engineer Zulfiqaar is so stupid as to swallow the idea that Muslims are ignorant of the ways of going „off the grid‟, then he clearly is trapped in deception. Universities abound in all Muslim countries. The entire Ummah today concentrates on the acquisition of kufr style secular education. Knowledge of the Deen has become a hobby and pursued by generally those who have no bread to eat at home. That is why there is such a glut of ulama-e-soo‟. Persons of the lowest moral character are generally sent to madrasahs in the poor countries. What type of Ulama can be ex- pected from such a crop? There is no shortage of universities, colleges, centres of technology in Muslim counties. The vast majority acquires secular education at these institutions. In fact, ad- vanced and progressive kuffaar countries such as U.S.A. and European coun- tries employ Muslim scientists and technocrats in various fields of mundane life. There is no shortage of armies, na- vies and airforces in Muslim countries. There is no short- age of manpower to operate the armies, navies and air- forces in Muslim countries. There is no shortage of fi- nance. Allah Ta‟ala has granted Muslims an excess of worldly means and ways. But, this Ummah remains humili- ated and impotent. Why are we lying sprawled in humili- ation and defeat like a drunk man in a gutter, despite the abundance of worldly means and ways? Zulfiqaar needs to engage in muraaqabah to understand the absolute RUBBISH he has disgorged in his attempt to sanctify such education which has been the primary cause for the destruction of Muslims. – Al-Haq) While inviting people to Is- lam, learn the knowledge that enemies can use to overpower the Muslims (how to use tech- nology like the internet, how to protect against electronic warfare, cyber attacks, germ warfare etc.), seeking and learning this knowledge is wajib (mandatory in the Shari- ah). Thus whatever secular expertise they gain from their atheist masters and tutors is utilized against Islam, not for Islam. They emerge from the portals of these educational brothels as Zanaadaqah whose mis- sion it is to undermine Islam. Mr. Zulfiqaar, endeavour to set your thinking aright. Mus- lims are experts in whatever secular fields you have men- tioned, but their expertise does not eliminate our humil- iation and defeat. Their ex- pertise in all the spheres of life advocated by you does not help one iota to lift the fallen Flag of Islam. – Al-Haq) However it should equally be noted that the knowledge we have been referring to previ- ously, ruhani knowledge, that deals within the spiritual health of a person, that teaches us how to reform and purify our nafs, how to please Al- lahﷻ , how to feed our ruh, learning this knowledge is Fardhul Ain (absolutely com- pulsory and takes precedence over all other knowledge). (While it is so, you twaddle about the importance of „beneficial‟ secular knowledge. You have made the statement about Fardh Ain Ilm very lackadaisically. Your essay is to promote kufr education because you are a product of it. While the em- phasis and focus of the entire Ummah all over the world is secular education, 90% of the Ummah has abandoned the Fardh-e-Ain knowledge so imperative for salvation in the Aakhirah and for success in this dunya. But you stupidly harp on the „importance‟ and „benefits‟ of a style of educa- tion which ruins Akhlaaq and effaces Imaan whereas you are required to promote ON- LY that Ilm which the entire Ummah has largely neglected and even abandoned – that (Continued from page 6) (Continued on page 8) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 8 Ilm which is the imperative requisite for Najaat in the Aakhirah.-Al-Haq) This means students in the universities/colleges etc. are learning the mandatory knowledge (wajib) while, stu- dents in the Madrassah are learning the higher priority, absolutely compulsory (FardhulAin) knowledge. (The engineer is grotesquely and egregiously wrong and far, very far off the Track which is Mandatory for Muslims to follow in order to reach Jan- nat. University education is NEVER Waajib. It is satanic to even suggest that the kufr style education imparted by the brothel universities is Waajib. Something is gravely amiss with the aql of the engi- neer sahib. Kiya! The emphasis on the destruc- tive education of the west has been given such immense im- portance and promoted by all the vile ulama-e-soo‟ in whose zumrah the engineer falls, that even the products of the Madaaris are hankering after this knowledge which only ruins their Akhlaaq and severely damages their Imaan. That is why there is such a demand and craving by students of the Madaaris for certificates, and that is why even the recognized Madaaris in India and Paki- stan have stupidly and satani- cally laboured to get the Mad- rasah sanad to be equated to the M.A. donkey scrap uni- versity degree so that secular recognition be bestowed to it by secular entities. Indeed they have brought utter dis- grace to the Ilm of Deen- the Ilm of the Qur‟aan – the Ilm of Wahi – the Ilm of the Am- biya to be equated to a scrap, donkey degree.) Hence, we should learn to re- spect and honour Ulama (Rabbani), and continuously try to learn the Deeni knowledge as well and make dua to Allahﷻ to fill our hearts with the light of benefi- cial, mubarak knowledge. They have made their Ilm subservient to the dunya and a tool for worldly objectives. People do not respect these ulama be- cause of the gutter-type of at- titude they display. Those Ulama who are true Repre- sentatives of the Ambiya do not crave for respect and hon- our, but Allah Ta‟ala grants them honour from His Side. Hearts contaminated with worldly and nafsaani pollu- tion cannever be filled with “the light of beneficial mu- baarak knowledge”. The im- perative need is to first purify the hearts from the rijs of the dunya. In consequence, Allah Ta‘ala snatches away the Amaanat (the Trust of the Be- stowal). This is precisely the reason that while yesterday we (Muslims) had everything, today we have nothing. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Hadhrat Thanvi here refers to the power, honour and glory which the early Muslims were favoured with by Allah Ta‘ala. With the passage of time, Muslims abused these Amaanaat, miserably failing to observe their huqooq, hence Allah Ta‘ala snatched from the Ummah the Amaanat. CALAMITIES Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that: (1) When immorality (fisq and fujoor) are committed flagrant- ly in public (as do Muslims today), then Allah Ta‘ala will afflict the people with unheard of plagues and diseases. (2) When the people cheat and fraud in weights, measures and the like, Allah Ta‘ala will af- flict them with famine and se- vere oppression of the rulers. (3) When Zakaat is not cor- rectly paid, Allah Ta‘ala will withhold rain and droughts will be the consequence. There is not much difference between her and the goons. The jaahil molvi- duktoor and the molvis of Ja- miatul Ulema Hind are also goons. They dwell in jahl-e- murakkab (compound igno- rance) of an exceptionally pu- trid kind. Only a girl who is absolute- ly behayaa (shameless) can have the shaitaani and immor- al temerity of exhibiting her- self to the Hindu goons and to kick up the haraam perfor- mance she had satanically displayed and which was stu- pidly and satanically applaud- ed by the goon miscreant molvis. Thus, these molvis who constitute the fraternity known as ulama -e-soo‘ are worse than even the khanaazeer. Indeed they do not have the haziest under- standing of the Qur‘aanic concept of Hijaab. That is why they encourage Muslim fe- males to emulate a goonlike girl who in terms of the Sha- riah is rijs and ghutha. Only immoral females will acquit themselves as did this lewd goon girl who is no better than the Hindu goons to whom she had so disgracefully and shamelessly exposed herself. She acted in gross violation of every precept in the Book of Hijaab. Pledge to Allah Ta‘ala, He will overwhelm them with their ene- mies. (5) When the rulers do not govern according to the Shariah, Allah Ta‘ala will punish them with internecine wars (fighting and killing one another). There was a man who had left his village and also moved into this same village where they were trying to imple- ment the Shariah. When he was asked to ex- plain why he had left his vil- lage, he said: ‗Before, all the villagers used to perform Na- maaz during the war and for some time thereafter. But now everyone had abandoned Na- maaz and that he was certain that Allah Ta‘ala would send His Athaab.‘ He did not want to be pun- ished with them, hence he left the village. Then came a flood and in one sweep the entire village of 80 houses sunk into the earth. The entire village was swallowed by the earth. Someone who passes there will not think that there ever was a village on that spot.‖ THE TALIBAN Q. What is the position of the Taliban nowadays? A. The Taliban are a write- off. Forget about them. They have sold out and betrayed Islam. They have become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. Q. In a message during 2020, the Taliban Amir, Hibatul- lah Akhunzada said: “The objectives of the Jihad are to gain the pleasure of Al- lah, freedom of our country and to establish an Islamic system.” Time and again it was claimed that the Tali- ban would be establishing an Islamic government. Have they honoured their pledge? A. The Taliban have become like the Bani Israaeel of by- gone times. They were noto- rious for violating their Pledg- es made with Allah Ta‘ala. The Qur‘aan repeatedly re- minds them of their treason. Today the Taliban too are emulating the Bani Israaeel. Instead of honouring their Pledge, they have become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. They have shifted their reli- ance to the kuffaar powers for even some wheat. The is- sue of establishing an Islamic State was a dream and a hallu- cination. TALIBAN’S ‘BADRI-313’ COMMANDO UNIT Q. The Taliban has formed an elite commando unit called Badri-313. What is the status of this commando group in the Shariah? Are they Mujaahideen? A. This is another bootlick- ing unit. The ‗Badri-313‘ la- bel is just like the ‗halaal‘ la- bels with which the MJC, SANHA and the rest of the Carrion Cartel certify and ha- laalize their carrion. Even if pork is dubbed mutton, it re- mains pork. Even if liquor is given fancy names, it remains haraam wine. Similarly, this illegitimate so-called ‗Badri- 313‘ commando unit is an American outfit which is be- reft of Islamic bearings. They are the product of Tali- ban bootlicking. Never are they Mujaahideen. The Afghans did not fight and defeat the kuffaar su- perpowers of the world with stupid western-type comman- do units. They fought in their own unwestern style and gained considerable success- es. Regarding the fighters who had sustained the war for more than 20 years against the kuffaar world, a reporter describing them said: ―Taliban fighters are typically seen wearing turbans and vests over shalwar-kameez clothing while carrying old Soviet guns, many from the Soviet-Afghan War which happened from 1979-89.‖ Muslim victory is not reliant on numbers and equipment. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) had made this fact abundantly clear. On the occa- sion of taking possession of Jerusalem, he stated: ―We are a nation whom Allah ele- vated with Islam.‖ Thus, this so-called Afghan ―Badri Unit- 313‖ from the Islamic per- spective is American flotsam. This U.S. commando unit is a stupid showcase portrayal of the Taliban, which is an ac- knowledgment of its bootlick- ing status. May Allah Ta‘ala have mercy on Muslims. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 12 Q. The Israelis are colo- nizing 70% of the Musjidul Aqsa compound. The custo- dianship of Jordan is being cancelled. What is the Is- lamic response? A. Although there is an Islam- ic response, there is no power in Muslims of today to exe- cute this Response. The Re- sponse is the Sword, and nothing else. But Muslims due to their fisq, fujoor and kufr have become the enemies of Allah Ta‘ala, hence He is punishing the Ummah with kuffaar domination and op- pression. It is by the design of Allah Ta‘ala that kuffaar boots are crushing Muslims who have become the boot- lickers of these very kuffaar. Since Muslims have aban- doned the Shariah and the Sunnah, since they have be- come rebels against Allah Az- za Wa Jal, He has imposed kuffaar oppression and domi- nation on us. There is no sur- prise even if Israel takes over 100% of the sacred Com- pound and totally ban Mus- lims from entry. It will be the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Muslims themselves are not qualified to administrate Mus- jid Aqsa, hence Allah Ta‘ala has handed it to the Yahood kuffaar as He had done sever- al times in the history of this sacred Musjid as a punish- ment for Muslims. As for cancelling the custo- dianship of the non-Muslim regime of Jordan, there is no quandary in this development. Jordan never was the Custodi- an of Musjidul Aqsa. Musjid- ul Aqsa since 1967 was in the control of the Yahood. Jordan as the ‗custodian‘ is a mon- strous joke, the reality of which did not escape any per- son of intelligence whether the person is Muslim or kaafir. Commenting on the evil polit- ical participation of the ula- ma of his time, Hadhrat Mau- lana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Zamaanah of Fitan” This era is saturated with fitan, atheism, zandaqah and liberalism. Their poisonous effects have spread intensive- ly and extensively. I lament the condition of the Ulama who have joined forces with such people (i.e. Hindus). By uniting with them, the Ulama themselves have slipped (and deviated from Siraatul Mus- taqeem). It is because of these ulama that the masses too have joined with these people. If it were not for these (deviated) ulama, Muslims would not have become ensnared by only the howling and calling of the political leaders. Allah knows what has hap- pened to the brains of these people (the deviated ulama). Neither will they gain the Deen nor the dunya in this manner (i.e. by joining the Hindus/Kuffaar and becoming subservient to their ideolo- gies). Yes, one thing is as clear as daylight, undoubted- ly, they are destroying their Imaan and Aakhirat. May Al- lah Ta‘ala grant them hidaayat. (End of Hadhrat Thanvi‘s observation) Brains which failed to un- derstand the villainy of join- ing hands with the worst specimens of humankind, namely mushrikeen who wor- ship a million deities, were most certainly deranged by shaitaani influence. This satan- ic disease is termed by the Qur‘aan ‗Takhabbutush shai- taan‘. It totally blinds the spir- itual eyes and heart. The Qur‘aan and Ahaadith are replete with warnings against joining forces with the enemies of Allah Azza Wa Jal, but the spiritual blindness of the deviated molvis pre- cluded them from understand- ing this simple demand of Tauheed - the demand to stay far, very far from befriending the enemies of Allah Ta‘ala and from joining in their methodologies and ideologies. When this was the under- standing of Hadhrat Thanvi regarding even the senior Ulama of his time, what con- clusion should we draw re- garding the absolute RUB- BISH masquerading as ‗ulama‘ in our current era? Most certainly, these juhala rubbish molvis, sheikhs and so-called bid‘ati buzrugs, are not Muslims in terms of the Shariah. And, by ‗bid‘ati‘ in this context, the reference is not to the Barelwi grave- (Continued on page 13) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 13 Commenting on the lamenta- ble and hopeless condition of the Ummah, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi said: “Only the Sword There is no way of stemming the tide of these fitan other than wielding the sword and head-on collision with the forces of baatil. There is no other way. However, since currently there is apparently no hope for this method (of Jihad), Dua is the only op- tion. The avenue of deviation has been opened wide. The Mus- lim governments themselves are the victims of deviation.‖ (Our Comment: That was about 80 years ago. Today all regimes in Muslim coun- tries are confirmed kuffaar – murtaddeen of the worse kind.) ―The world is clogged with the enemies of Allah‘s Deen. There are no helpers and sym- pathizers in sight (for the Deen of Allah).‖ (Our Comment: In this re- gard, our Nabi – Sallallahu alayhi wasallam – said: „Islam began ghareeb – forlorn and friendless. Soon shall it return to its original state (of ghurbat) as it was in the beginning. Therefore, blessed are the Ghurabaa‟. The worst enemies of Is- lam are the shaitaani molvis and sheikhs whose methodol- ogy is boot and hind licking the kuffaar whom they have appointed as their leaders and guides.) ―Muslims themselves are crushing the Deen. How can we complain about others! A sudden mighty satanic revolu- tion has taken place. May Al- lah have mercy on us.‖ (End of Hadhrat Thanvi‘s la- ment) Undoubtedly, today the worst enemies of Islam are not the Qur‘aan-burning kuffaar, not the producers of blasphemous caricatures of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), not the global Sa- tanists such as the U.S.A. and U.K., nor any other kuffaar or satanic force. The worst ene- mies of Islam are the evil, rubbish, trash molvis and sheikhs who, while masquer- ading as Muslims, dig up the foundations of Islam with their blatant kufr interpreta- tions and boot and hind lick- ing of the kuffaar who utilize these most miserable molvi/ sheikh miscreants to cunning- ly, under Deeni guise, propa- gate atheism, kufr and satan- ism. For this goal have the Sa- tanists set up the interfaith platform of kufr and satanism. These vile molvis and sheikhs of deception such as the MJC, NNB Clique molvis, Menk, Moolla, Solomon and other mobs of deviates of sim- ilar ilk are indeed worse than khanaazeer. They constitute the greatest dangers for the Muslim Ummah. Nevertheless, they will not succeed in the attainment of their pernicious shaitaani goals because Allah Ta‘ala Himself has given the guarantee of safeguarding His Deen. And this defence of the Deen is divinely executed via the agency of the Ulama-e- Haqq who are the Waaritheen (Heirs) of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Even the damage and de- struction they cause to the Deen are decreed by Allah Az- za Wa Jal whose Wisdom and Taqdeer are unfathomable to our created minds with their extremely finite ability of comprehension. Allah Ta‘ala says in His glorious Qur‘aan: ―Not an atom nor anything (Continued on page 14) worshippers. We are refer- ring to such fraudster molvis and khaanqah deviates who proclaim allegiance to Deo- band when in reality they are massively and scandalously ignorant of the meaning of Deoband. They are lost, mis- guided and drowning in the cesspool of fisq, fujoor and kufr they have excreted for themselves. Nothing but hidaayat from Allah Ta‘ala can save them from everlast- ing damnation and perdition. May Allah Ta‘ala save our Imaan from the ravages of the kufr which these Satanist molvis and sheikhs are propa- gating from a variety of sa- tanic platforms. (Continued from page 12) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 14 Among the signs of Qiyaamah is that the dunya (worldly and nafsaani objec- tives) will be pursued with the a‘maal (deeds) of the Aakhirah. While ostensibly a project will be demonstrated as a Deeni service it will in reality be motivated by mate- rial, worldly and mercenary motives. Today, the madaaris, mu- saajid, relief projects, qiraa‘t concerts, ‗deeni‘ jalsahs, mass merrymaking I‘tikaafs, sa- laatul istisqaa‘, formation of so-called deeni organizations, publishing Islamic literature, etc., etc., all come within the purview of pursuing the dunya with the a‘maal of the Aakhirat. Narrating a Hadith to this effect, Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas‘ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: ―How will you be when you will be engulfed by a fitnah which will make the elders senile and the young ones old and the people will regard this fitnah to be sunnah? If any- thing is omitted of this fitnah, they will say: ‗The Sunnah has been abandoned.‘ The people asked: ‗When will such an event be?‘ He said: ‗When your Ulama (of the Haqq) have disappeared, when your qaaris become abundant, when your Fuqaha are a few, when your umaraa (rulers and wealthy) are abundant, when your trustworthy are few, when the dunya will be searched for with the amal of the Aakhirah and when knowledge (of the Deen) will be acquired for purposes other than the Deen.‘ ‖ Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “The Madrasah made a cir- cus If a certain Madrasah (which was wracked by student and teacher fitnah – strife and mischief) had implemented my advice, all the fitnah would have been effectively eliminated. However, for im- plementing that advice the need was for strength of heart and determination. A system cannot be implemented with weakness and laxity. To implement a system, severity and fortitude are requisites. My advice was that the Mad- rasah should expel all the stu- dents and dismiss the staff, and the Madrasah should be closed. Then a public an- nouncement should be made explaining the factors which led to the closing of the Mad- rasah, and that the Madrasah will re-open when the atmos- phere becomes conducive. Thereafter, on re-opening the (Continued on page 15) smaller or bigger, remains hid- den from your Rabb, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.‖ ―Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. He is aware of whatever is in the land and ocean. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor any- thing moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.‖ Therefore, the Ulama-e- Haqq are never in a state of stress and distress. Their fo- cus is on the Taqdeer of Allah Azza Wa Jal. They are tiny, but powerful cogs in the Di- vine Machinery devised by Allah Ta‘ala for the protec- tion of His Deen about which He says: ―Verily, We have revealed the Thikr (the Qur‘aan, the Deen, the Divine Shariah), and verily, We are its Pro- tectors.‖ Today the myriad of Shai- taan‘s agents comprising of the murtad ‗muslim‘ masses, especially the products of uni- versity brothels, the murtad regimes in sway in the lands of Islam, the liberals, the mod- ernists and deviates of a vari- ety of hues are all united in the satanic mission to crush Islam. But, they fail and will never succeed, for there will for all times until the end of earthly time, be that Taaifah-e-Haqq who will proclaim the Haqq of this Deen from the hilltops of the dunya. About this Taaifah- e-Haqq, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―There will ever remain a Taaifah (small group) of my Ummah on the Haqq until the arrival of the Hour (of Qiyaamah). Prof Chapman said the re- search offered an insight into the otherwise secretive world of cigarette manufacture, and it was likely to raise concerns for devout Muslims and Jews. The Dutch research found pig haemoglobin – a blood protein – was being used to make cig- arette filters more effective at trapping harmful chemicals before they could enter a smoker's lungs. Is it permissible to smoke cigarettes? A. Smoking, buying and sell- ing cigarettes are haraam even if pig‘s blood is not used in its manufacture. The destruction to health is a 100% confirma- tion. Madrasah, a written pledge should be taken from the stu- dents and also from the Ustaadhs to the effect that if they violate the terms of the pledge, they will be expelled/ dismissed. Since the Madrasah did not implement this advice, it has become a circus. The Mu- htamim came to me. I ex- plained to him that now the Madrasah has become like a lifeless body. Now, even if the Madrasah progresses (by way of the admission of numerous students and construction of buildings), the progress will be like the bloating of a car- cass. But when the bloated carcass ultimately bursts, the entire town will be revolted by the terrible stench. The attitude and demeanour of the Talaba of that Madrasah have now undergone a drastic metamorphosis. It is difficult to distinguish now between that Madrasah and Aligarh University. Is it Aligarh col- lege or a Deeni institution? How can there be Noor when the methodology of our Akaa- bir has been abandoned? How can there be barkat? All of this fitnah is the con- sequence of the evil and mis- fortune of modernism. Modernism has affected the dress, appearance and attitude of the Talaba. The staff of the Madrasah (Muhtamim and Asaatizah) are subservient to the Talaba. The only reason for this subservience is the fear of be- ing deprived of teaching (due to them having become mer- cenaries teaching the Deen for the gain of the dunya). In the understanding of these Asaatizah, the Madrasah itself is Maqsood bith-Thaat – (the Objective per se). Hadhrat Maulana Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh) had stat- ed unequivocally that the Madrasah is not Maqsood. The actual Maqsood is Ridha- e-Ilaahi (the Pleasure of Al- lah) whether the Madrasah remains or disappears. The people have abandoned the correct Usool (Principles), hence the entire world is trapped in distress. The gov- ernment is distressed by its populace, father by the son, Ustaadh by the Talaba, Shaikh by the mureed, husband by the wife, employer by the em- ployee. He then said to Imaam Tahaawi: ―I wish to marry my daughter to you.‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―I do not accept it‖. Ameer: ―Do you need any wealth?‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―I have no need of it.‖ Ameer: ―Should I allocate for you land?‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―No!‖ Ameer: ―Ask me for whatever you desire.‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―Guard your Deen. Practise (righteousness) before your Maut. Beware of oppressing the people.‖ This was the attitude and practice of all our Akaabir Ulama of bygone times. Answer The strain and worry of the evil government of Napakistan can be easily resolved by the Ulama, if they are truly Ulama -e-Haqq. For Ulama whose focus is on Allah Ta‘ala and the Aakhirah and whose objec- tive in operating the Madaaris is the Pleasure of Allah Ta‘ala, the govern- ment‘s haraam pressurizing should not be of much con- cern. However, when the focus is diverted from the Maqsood (Objective) of operating Darul Ulooms, then Ulama of weak Imaan will throw in the tow- el, submit and bootlick the fussaaq, fujjaar, kuffaar gov- ernment. Then they will com- promise, dilute and mangle the Shariah. This is what even Mufti Taqi is guilty of. Worldly and nafsaani objec- tives constrain them to resort to haraam compromising. The amount and degree of fitnah created by the supporters of the wealthy faasiq threatened to close down the Darul Uloom if the faasiq‘s ap- pointment was not accepted. The fitnah was so intense and threatening that even Ha- dhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) somewhat relented and ad- vised Hadhrat Gangohi to ac- cept the demand of the fussaaq. In Hadhrat Thanvi‘s view, acceptance was the less- er evil. The greater evil was the closing down of the great and noble Institution of Darul Uloom. But, Hadhrat Maulana Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh), adopting the stance of Ha- dhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu), and rejecting Hadhrat Thanvi‘s proposal, said: ―Madrasah Maqsood nahi. Ri- dha-e-Ilaahi Maqsood he.‖ (The objective is not the Madrasah. The Objective is the Pleasure of Allah Ta‘ala). He stated with great clarity and emphasis that if the Mad- rasah must close in conse- quence of the fitnah, ―LET IT CLOSE‖. But, never shall he transgress the Shariah by ac- cepting the appointment of a faasiq to a position of Trust. The firmness of Hadhrat Gangohi completely eliminat- ed the doubt of Hadhrat Thanvi who acknowledged the correctness of the stance of Hadhrat Gangohi. Thus, the faasiq was not accepted and the Darul Uloom did not close down. The Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala was at hand. This should be the stance of the Ulama-e-Haqq. When the vile, fussaaq, fujjaar, kuffaar government officials arrive to pressurize them (the Ulama of the Madaaris), the latter should tell them: ―Go to Ja- hannam!‖. If the Madaaris have to close down as a result of the firm stance of the Haqq, let them close. The Ulama will lose nothing. On the contrary, they will gain the Ridha of Allah Ta‘ala for their firm stance of the Haqq craft- ed for His Ridha. They can close the Madaaris only if Allah Ta‘ala so de- crees. When a Madrasah no longer serves the real and true Objective of the Deen, then Allah Ta‘ala will allow its closure. Nowadays most Darul Ulooms produce mer- cenaries and treacherous molvis who barter away the Deen and their Imaan for the miserable jeefah of the dunya. The Ulama should remain firm on the Haqq. If the gov- ernment closes the Madaaris, let them do so. Then the Ula- ma can teach a handful of sin- cere Talaba in their homes. In addi- tion, when we look at the radar stations in the Maldives and other places, it‘s clear that China is spreading its net.‖ Conversely, Hudayar told Breit- bart News, a stable Taliban re- gime will require prodigious funding to keep Afghans from returning to a state of civil war, and ―the only country that can provide this to the Taliban is Chi- na.‖ ―To remain in power, the Taliban needs to please the Afghan peo- ple and develop the county to a certain extent. It takes a lot of money, expertise, and strategy to achieve this goal,‖ he noted. Taliban spokesmen have repeat- edly made public statements to this effect since the August 15 takeover, urging global invest- ment in its jihadist regime. ―We need the reconstruction of Afghanistan, the people of Af- ghanistan need the budget. The fighters standing guard by the rocky hillside may once have considered de- stroying the terracotta Bud- dhas. Two decades ago when the Taliban were first in pow- er, they sparked world outrage by blowing up gigantic Bud- dha statues in another part of the country, calling them pa- gan symbols that must be purged, reported American news agency. But now they are intent on preserving the relics of the Mes Aynak copper mine. Do- ing so is key to unlocking bil- lions in Chinese investment, said Hakumullah Mubariz, the Taliban head of security at the site, peering into the remnants of a monastery built by first- century Buddhist monks. In 2008, the administration of Hamid Karzai signed a 30-year contract with a Chinese joint venture called MCC to extract high-grade copper from Mes Aynak. Studies show the site holds up to 12 million tons of the min- eral. But the project got tied up in logistical and contract prob- lems, and it never got past some initial test shafts before it ground to a halt when Chi- nese staff left in 2014 because of continued violence. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." (Hadith) Question I read in the tafseer of Qaadi Baydaawi that it is waajib to migrate from a country where you can't live according to Islam - a country where it is forbidden to make Fard ibaadat or it is compulsory to commit haraam or the fear of oppression causes fitnah in your deen. Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab (as there is no islamic state now in the world), where is it preferred to go? Is it in a so-called Muslim country or a kuffar state that is less oppressive to Muslims? Can you advise on a destination? Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab, should we take our time and tidy our affairs in this country first, like selling our house and materials? Or should we depart urgently without regard to our dunya possessions? Or should we live like cockroaches in hiding and try to live our Islam in fear of the oppressors? To clarify my situation: I was born in France and live in France. This is a country where sodomy is a state obligation. This Proclamation of Tauheed immediately created massive disunity. Thus, it should be clearly understood that for the Ahl-e-Haqq such Disunity is the Praiseworthy Objective. Therefore, just as the requisite was for the kuffaar to abandon their kufr and join with Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), so too is it today. The people of Baatil should abandon their Baatil and join the Ahl-e-Haqq. This is the praiseworthy and desirable Unity. The implication (of peace and compromise by moron reformers) that the Ahl -e-Haqq should abandon their stance of Haqq for the sake of the (haraam) unity is Mardood (Rejected) and never desirable. Due to deficiency in Aql the Sultan failed to understand that the tongue can also perish before the teeth when it rots away with cancer, as the Ottoman Empire as well as previous Islamic Empires had rotted into oblivion as a consequence of their spiritual rottenness and rebellion against Allah Azza Wa Jal. But you stupidly harp on the 'importance' and 'benefits' of a style of education which ruins Akhlaaq and effaces Imaan whereas you are required to promote ONLY that Ilm which the entire Ummah has largely neglected and even abandoned – that Ilm which is the imperative requisite for Najaat in the Aakhirah.-Al-Haq) This means students in the universities/colleges etc. are learning the mandatory knowledge (wajib) while, students in the Madrassah are learning the higher priority, absolutely compulsory (FardhulAin) knowledge. Indeed they have brought utter disgrace to the Ilm of Deenthe Ilm of the Qur'aan – the Ilm of Wahi – the Ilm of the Ambiya to be equated to a scrap, donkey degree.) Hence, we should learn to respect and honour Ulama (Rabbani), and continuously try to learn the Deeni knowledge as well and make dua to Allahﷻ to fill our hearts with the light of beneficial, mubarak knowledge. Hearts contaminated with worldly and nafsaani pollution cannever be filled with "the light of beneficial mubaarak knowledge". The imperative need is to first purify the hearts from the rijs of the dunya. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Hadhrat Thanvi here refers to the power, honour and glory which the early Muslims were favoured with by Allah Ta'ala. (2) When the people cheat and fraud in weights, measures and the like, Allah Ta'ala will afflict them with famine and severe oppression of the rulers. (3) When Zakaat is not correctly paid, Allah Ta'ala will withhold rain and droughts will be the consequence. (4) When they violate their Pledge to Allah Ta'ala, He will overwhelm them with their enemies. (5) When the rulers do not govern according to the Shariah, Allah Ta'ala will punish them with internecine wars (fighting and killing one another). They dwell in jahl-emurakkab (compound ignorance) of an exceptionally putrid kind. The molvis who commended her goon conduct come within the scope of the Hadith: "The worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From them will gush fitnah and the fitnah will rebound on them." A Sage (Buzrug) said that "under the canopy of the sky" are also the Yahood, Nasaara and khanaazeer (pigs). Thus, these molvis who constitute the fraternity known as ulama -e-soo' are worse than even the khanaazeer. Indeed they do not have the haziest understanding of the Qur'aanic concept of Hijaab. That is why they encourage Muslim females to emulate a goonlike girl who in terms of the Shariah is rijs and ghutha. Only immoral females will acquit themselves as did this lewd goon girl who is no better than the Hindu goons to whom she had so disgracefully and shamelessly exposed herself. She acted in gross violation of every precept in the Book of Hijaab. THE ATHAAB OF ALLAH Describing the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala, a Bosnian Sister, says: "A few years ago, a sister made hijrah to Bosnia in a village where they try to live according to the Shariah. There was a man who had left his village and also moved into this same village where they were trying to implement the Shariah. Someone who passes there will not think that there ever was a village on that spot." Q. What is the position of the Taliban nowadays? A. The Taliban are a writeoff. Forget about them. In a message during 2020, the Taliban Amir, Hibatullah Akhunzada said: "The objectives of the Jihad are to gain the pleasure of Al- lah, freedom of our country and to establish an Islamic system." Time and again it was claimed that the Taliban would be establishing an Islamic government. Have they honoured their pledge? A. The Taliban have become like the Bani Israaeel of bygone times. They were notorious for violating their Pledges made with Allah Ta'ala. The Qur'aan repeatedly reminds them of their treason. Today the Taliban too are emulating the Bani Israaeel. Instead of honouring their Pledge, they have become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. They have shifted their reliance to the kuffaar powers for even some wheat. The issue of establishing an Islamic State was a dream and a hallucination. Q. The Taliban has formed an elite commando unit called Badri-313. What is the status of this commando group in the Shariah? Are they Mujaahideen? A. This is another bootlicking unit. The 'Badri-313' label is just like the 'halaal' labels with which the MJC, SANHA and the rest of the Carrion Cartel certify and halaalize their carrion. Even if pork is dubbed mutton, it remains pork. Even if liquor is given fancy names, it remains haraam wine. Similarly, this illegitimate so-called 'Badri313' commando unit is an American outfit which is bereft of Islamic bearings. They are the product of Taliban bootlicking. Never are they Mujaahideen. The Afghans did not fight and defeat the kuffaar superpowers of the world with stupid western-type commando units. They fought in their own unwestern style and gained considerable successes. Regarding the fighters who had sustained the war for more than 20 years against the kuffaar world, a reporter describing them said: "Taliban fighters are typically seen wearing turbans and vests over shalwar-kameez clothing while carrying old Soviet guns, many from the Soviet-Afghan War which happened from 1979-89." Muslim victory is not reliant on numbers and equipment. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) had made this fact abundantly clear. On the occasion of taking possession of Jerusalem, he stated: "We are a nation whom Allah elevated with Islam." Thus, this so-called Afghan "Badri Unit313" from the Islamic perspective is American flotsam. This U.S. commando unit is a stupid showcase portrayal of the Taliban, which is an acknowledgment of its bootlicking status. May Allah Ta'ala have mercy on Muslims. Q. There is no surprise even if Israel takes over 100% of the sacred Compound and totally ban Muslims from entry. It will be the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Muslims themselves are not qualified to administrate Mus- jid Aqsa, hence Allah Ta'ala has handed it to the Yahood kuffaar as He had done several times in the history of this sacred Musjid as a punishment for Muslims. As for cancelling the custodianship of the non-Muslim regime of Jordan, there is no quandary in this development. Jordan never was the Custodian of Musjidul Aqsa. Musjidul Aqsa since 1967 was in the control of the Yahood. Jordan as the 'custodian' is a monstrous joke, the reality of which did not escape any person of intelligence whether the person is Muslim or kaafir. Commenting on the evil political participation of the ulama of his time, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Zamaanah of Fitan" This era is saturated with fitan, atheism, zandaqah and liberalism. Their poisonous effects have spread intensively and extensively. I lament the condition of the Ulama who have joined forces with such people (i.e. Hindus). By uniting with them, the Ulama themselves have slipped (and deviated from Siraatul Mustaqeem). It is because of these ulama that the masses too have joined with these people. If it were not for these (deviated) ulama, Muslims would not have become ensnared by only the howling and calling of the political leaders. Allah knows what has hap- pened to the brains of these people (the deviated ulama). Neither will they gain the Deen nor the dunya in this manner (i.e. by joining the Hindus/Kuffaar and becoming subservient to their ideologies). Yes, one thing is as clear as daylight, undoubtedly, they are destroying their Imaan and Aakhirat. May Allah Ta'ala grant them hidaayat. (End of Hadhrat Thanvi's observation) Brains which failed to understand the villainy of joining hands with the worst specimens of humankind, namely mushrikeen who worship a million deities, were most certainly deranged by shaitaani influence. This satanic disease is termed by the Qur'aan 'Takhabbutush shaitaan'. It totally blinds the spiritual eyes and heart. The Qur'aan and Ahaadith are replete with warnings against joining forces with the enemies of Allah Azza Wa Jal, but the spiritual blindness of the deviated molvis precluded them from understanding this simple demand of Tauheed - the demand to stay far, very far from befriending the enemies of Allah Ta'ala and from joining in their methodologies and ideologies. When this was the understanding of Hadhrat Thanvi regarding even the senior Ulama of his time, what conclusion should we draw regarding the absolute RUBBISH masquerading as 'ulama' in our current era? Most certainly, these juhala rubbish molvis, sheikhs and so-called bid'ati buzrugs, are not Muslims in terms of the Shariah. And, by 'bid'ati' in this context, the reference is not to the Barelwi graveworshippers. We are referring to such fraudster molvis and khaanqah deviates who proclaim allegiance to Deoband when in reality they are massively and scandalously ignorant of the meaning of Deoband. They are lost, misguided and drowning in the cesspool of fisq, fujoor and kufr they have excreted for themselves. Nothing but hidaayat from Allah Ta'ala can save them from everlasting damnation and perdition. May Allah Ta'ala save our Imaan from the ravages of the kufr which these Satanist molvis and sheikhs are propagating from a variety of satanic platforms. Commenting on the lamentable and hopeless condition of the Ummah, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi said: "Only the Sword There is no way of stemming the tide of these fitan other than wielding the sword and head-on collision with the forces of baatil. There is no other way. However, since currently there is apparently no hope for this method (of Jihad), Dua is the only option. The avenue of deviation has been opened wide. The Muslim governments themselves are the victims of deviation." (Our Comment: That was about 80 years ago. Today all regimes in Muslim countries are confirmed kuffaar – murtaddeen of the worse kind.) "The world is clogged with the enemies of Allah's Deen. There are no helpers and sympathizers in sight (for the Deen of Allah)." (Our Comment: In this regard, our Nabi – Sallallahu alayhi wasallam – said: 'Islam began ghareeb – forlorn and friendless. Soon shall it return to its original state (of ghurbat) as it was in the beginning. Therefore, blessed are the Ghurabaa'. The worst enemies of Islam are the shaitaani molvis and sheikhs whose methodology is boot and hind licking the kuffaar whom they have appointed as their leaders and guides.) "Muslims themselves are crushing the Deen. How can we complain about others! A sudden mighty satanic revolution has taken place. May Allah have mercy on us." (End of Hadhrat Thanvi's lament) Undoubtedly, today the worst enemies of Islam are not the Qur'aan-burning kuffaar, not the producers of blasphemous caricatures of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), not the global Satanists such as the U.S.A. and U.K., nor any other kuffaar or satanic force. The worst enemies of Islam are the evil, rubbish, trash molvis and sheikhs who, while masquerading as Muslims, dig up the foundations of Islam with their blatant kufr interpretations and boot and hind licking of the kuffaar who utilize these most miserable molvi/ sheikh miscreants to cunningly, under Deeni guise, propagate atheism, kufr and satanism. For this goal have the Satanists set up the interfaith platform of kufr and satanism. These vile molvis and sheikhs of deception such as the MJC, NNB Clique molvis, Menk, Moolla, Solomon and other mobs of deviates of similar ilk are indeed worse than khanaazeer. They constitute the greatest dangers for the Muslim Ummah. Nevertheless, they will not succeed in the attainment of their pernicious shaitaani goals because Allah Ta'ala Himself has given the guarantee of safeguarding His Deen. And this defence of the Deen is divinely executed via the agency of the Ulama-eHaqq who are the Waaritheen (Heirs) of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Even the damage and destruction they cause to the Deen are decreed by Allah Azza Wa Jal whose Wisdom and Taqdeer are unfathomable to our created minds with their extremely finite ability of comprehension. Allah Ta'ala says in His glorious Qur'aan: "Not an atom nor anything smaller or bigger, remains hidden from your Rabb, but it is recorded in a Clear Book." "Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. He is aware of whatever is in the land and ocean. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book." Therefore, the Ulama-eHaqq are never in a state of stress and distress. Their focus is on the Taqdeer of Allah Azza Wa Jal. They are tiny, but powerful cogs in the Divine Machinery devised by Allah Ta'ala for the protection of His Deen about which He says: "Verily, We have revealed the Thikr (the Qur'aan, the Deen, the Divine Shariah), and verily, We are its Protectors." Today the myriad of Shaitaan's agents comprising of the murtad 'muslim' masses, especially the products of university brothels, the murtad regimes in sway in the lands of Islam, the liberals, the mod- ernists and deviates of a variety of hues are all united in the satanic mission to crush Islam. But, they fail and will never succeed, for there will for all times until the end of earthly time, be that Taaifah-e-Haqq who will proclaim the Haqq of this Deen from the hilltops of the dunya. About this Taaifahe-Haqq, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "There will ever remain a Taaifah (small group) of my Ummah on the Haqq until the arrival of the Hour (of Qiyaamah). Those who oppose them or do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." Among the signs of Qiyaamah is that the dunya (worldly and nafsaani objectives) will be pursued with the a'maal (deeds) of the Aakhirah. While ostensibly a project will be demonstrated as a Deeni service it will in reality be motivated by material, worldly and mercenary motives. Today, the madaaris, musaajid, relief projects, qiraa't concerts, 'deeni' jalsahs, mass merrymaking I'tikaafs, salaatul istisqaa', formation of so-called deeni organizations, publishing Islamic literature, etc., etc., all come within the purview of pursuing the dunya with the a'maal of the Aakhirat. Narrating a Hadith to this effect, Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas'ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: "How will you be when you will be engulfed by a fitnah which will make the elders senile and the young ones old and the people will regard this fitnah to be sunnah? If anything is omitted of this fitnah, they will say: 'The Sunnah has been abandoned.' The people asked: 'When will such an event be?' He said: 'When your Ulama (of the Haqq) have disappeared, when your qaaris become abundant, when your Fuqaha are a few, when your umaraa (rulers and wealthy) are abundant, when your trustworthy are few, when the dunya will be searched for with the amal of the Aakhirah and when knowledge (of the Deen) will be acquired for purposes other than the Deen.' " Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "The Madrasah made a circus If a certain Madrasah (which was wracked by student and teacher fitnah – strife and mischief) had implemented my advice, all the fitnah would have been effectively eliminated. However, for implementing that advice the need was for strength of heart and determination. A system cannot be implemented with weakness and laxity. To implement a system, severity and fortitude are requisites. My advice was that the Madrasah should expel all the students and dismiss the staff, and the Madrasah should be closed. Then a public announcement should be made explaining the factors which led to the closing of the Madrasah, and that the Madrasah will re-open when the atmosphere becomes conducive. Thereafter, on re-opening the Madrasah, a written pledge should be taken from the students and also from the Ustaadhs to the effect that if they violate the terms of the pledge, they will be expelled/ dismissed. Since the Madrasah did not implement this advice, it has become a circus. The Muhtamim came to me. I explained to him that now the Madrasah has become like a lifeless body. Now, even if the Madrasah progresses (by way of the admission of numerous students and construction of buildings), the progress will be like the bloating of a carcass. But when the bloated carcass ultimately bursts, the entire town will be revolted by the terrible stench. The attitude and demeanour of the Talaba of that Madrasah have now undergone a drastic metamorphosis. It is difficult to distinguish now between that Madrasah and Aligarh University. Is it Aligarh college or a Deeni institution? How can there be Noor when the methodology of our Akaabir has been abandoned? How can there be barkat? All of this fitnah is the consequence of the evil and misfortune of modernism. Modernism has affected the dress, appearance and attitude of the Talaba. The staff of the Madrasah (Muhtamim and Asaatizah) are subservient to the Talaba. The only reason for this subservience is the fear of being deprived of teaching (due to them having become mercenaries teaching the Deen for the gain of the dunya). In the understanding of these Asaatizah, the Madrasah itself is Maqsood bith-Thaat – (the Objective per se). In Hadhrat Thanvi's view, acceptance was the lesser evil. The greater evil was the closing down of the great and noble Institution of Darul Uloom. But, Hadhrat Maulana Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh), adopting the stance of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu), and rejecting Hadhrat Thanvi's proposal, said: "Madrasah Maqsood nahi. Ridha-e-Ilaahi Maqsood he." (The objective is not the Madrasah. The Objective is the Pleasure of Allah Ta'ala). He stated with great clarity and emphasis that if the Madrasah must close in consequence of the fitnah, "LET IT CLOSE". But, never shall he transgress the Shariah by accepting the appointment of a faasiq to a position of Trust. The firmness of Hadhrat Gangohi completely eliminated the doubt of Hadhrat Thanvi who acknowledged the correctness of the stance of Hadhrat Gangohi. Thus, the faasiq was not accepted and the Darul Uloom did not close down. The Nusrat of Allah Ta'ala was at hand. This should be the stance of the Ulama-e-Haqq. When the vile, fussaaq, fujjaar, kuffaar government officials arrive to pressurize them (the Ulama of the Madaaris), the latter should tell them: "Go to Jahannam!". If the Madaaris have to close down as a result of the firm stance of the Haqq, let them close. The Ulama will lose nothing. On the contrary, they will gain the Ridha of Allah Ta'ala for their firm stance of the Haqq crafted for His Ridha. They can close the Madaaris only if Allah Ta'ala so decrees. When a Madrasah no longer serves the real and true Objective of the Deen, then Allah Ta'ala will allow its closure. Nowadays most Darul Ulooms produce mercenaries and treacherous molvis who barter away the Deen and their Imaan for the miserable jeefah of the dunya. The Ulama should remain firm on the Haqq. If the government closes the Madaaris, let them do so. Then the Ulama can teach a handful of sincere Talaba in their homes. For molvis, sheikhs and socalled buzrugs who crawl into the company of rulers and government officials, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Verily, the worst of the qurraa are those who visit the rulers." The intensity of heat of this Pit of Grief constrains Jahannam "to seek refuge 400 times daily." When the countries can no longer pay them, China seizes the properties. China is actively using the BRI to colonize parts of Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Afghanistan is particularly significant to the plan, however, as it is located directly between China and the Middle East and Europe. "The Chinese are building a naval base in the Pakistani port of Gwadar in Baluchistan, intending to own a stake in the Persian Gulf. China is also building a modern airport in Tashkurgan (inside East Turkistan)," Hudayar noted. "This airport is being made to help ensure a Chinese stake in the Persian Gulf. In addition, when we look at the radar stations in the Maldives and other places, it's clear that China is spreading its net." Conversely, Hudayar told Breitbart News, a stable Taliban regime will require prodigious funding to keep Afghans from returning to a state of civil war, and "the only country that can provide this to the Taliban is China." "To remain in power, the Taliban needs to please the Afghan people and develop the county to a certain extent. It takes a lot of money, expertise, and strategy to achieve this goal," he noted. Taliban spokesmen have repeatedly made public statements to this effect since the August 15 takeover, urging global investment in its jihadist regime. "We need the reconstruction of Afghanistan, the people of Afghanistan need the budget. The [central bank] shall need the budget," a desperate Suhail Shaheen, a Taliban spokesman, told the Chinese government network CGTN last week. Hudayar noted the Taliban has a long history of cooperation with China that precedes its takeover of Kabul, stemming back to the Taliban harboring Uyghur jihadists under the guise of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM). China claims ETIM is a radical Islamist terrorist group that poses a concrete danger to the Chinese heartland. The U.S. government removed ETIM from its list of designated terrorist organizations last year on the grounds that no evidence suggests that it exists. The former Afghan government arrested ten Chinese nationals last year on the grounds, initially, of being ETIM members. The investigation subsequently revealed at least one was a Chinese intelligence agent with ties to the Haqqani Network, a jihadist group with close ties to the Taliban, and the group appeared to be in Kabul to fabricate the existence of a terror cell. Hundreds of meters below lies what is believed to be the world's largest deposit of copper. Afghanistan's Taliban rulers are pinning their hopes on Beijing to turn that rich vein into revenue to salvage the cash-starved country amid crippling international sanctions. The fighters standing guard by the rocky hillside may once have considered destroying the terracotta Buddhas. Two decades ago when the Taliban were first in power, they sparked world outrage by blowing up gigantic Buddha statues in another part of the country, calling them pagan symbols that must be purged, reported American news agency. But now they are intent on preserving the relics of the Mes Aynak copper mine. Doing so is key to unlocking billions in Chinese investment, said Hakumullah Mubariz, the Taliban head of security at the site, peering into the remnants of a monastery built by firstcentury Buddhist monks. "Protecting them is very important to us and the Chinese," he said. Previously, Mubariz commanded a Taliban combat unit in the surrounding mountains battling with US—backed Afghan forces. When those troops capitulated last year, his men rushed to secure the site. "We knew it would be important for the country," he said. The Taliban's spectacular reversal illustrates the powerful allure of Afghanistan's untapped mining sector. Successive authorities have seen the country's mineral riches, estimated to be worth $1 trillion, as the key to a prosperous future, but none have been able to develop them amid the continual war and violence. Now, multiple countries, including Iran, Russia and Turkey are looking to invest, filling the vacuum left in the wake of the chaotic US withdrawal. But Beijing is the most assertive. At Mes Aynak, it could become the first major power to take on a large-scale project in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, potentially redrawing Asia's geopolitical map. In 2008, the administration of Hamid Karzai signed a 30-year contract with a Chinese joint venture called MCC to extract high-grade copper from Mes Aynak. Studies show the site holds up to 12 million tons of the mineral. But the project got tied up in logistical and contract problems, and it never got past some initial test shafts before it ground to a halt when Chinese staff left in 2014 because of continued violence. Mere months after the Taliban seized Kabul in August, consolidating power over the country, the group's newly installed acting Minister for Mining and Petroleum Shahbuddin Dilawar urged his staff to re-engage Chinese state—run companies. Ziad Rasheedi, the ministry's director of foreign relations, approached the consortium made up by MCC, China Metallurgical Group Corporation and Jiangxi Copper Ltd. Dilawar has had two virtual meetings with MCC in the last six months, according to company and ministry officials. He urged them to return to the mine, terms unchanged from the 2008 contract.
