It can move mountains and it has in fact gone to this ex- tent. The plot to depopulate and destroy Gazzah (Gaza) by means of genocide and brutality which is being exe- cuted incessantly and murder- ously daily and hourly, was conspired long before October 7. The false flag stunt was to justify the contemplated genocide. The episode which has tran- spired on 7 October in Israel was the effect of the con- spiracy to expel the entire population of Gazzah and to annex the land to Israel as another occupied province – occupied just as Israel is oc- cupied. In a nutshell the nefarious satanic PLOT about which Trump and Net- anyahu are currently haggling despite both the USA and Is- rael being in cahoots in its enaction, is for Gazzah to be totally denuded of its inhab- itants who should be elimi- nated, and those who cannot be eliminated should be ex- pelled. The next step is to colo- nize, not only Gazzah, but the entire Land of Palestine to enable the western pirates to milk the Land of its trillions of dollars of gas. As far as the USA is concerned, the main attraction is the gas. As far as Israel is concerned, it is the gas as well as the Yahud‘s dream of the ‗greater Israel‘ which in their hallucination will include Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and even Arabia. Some months prior to 7 October, 2023 Hamas and Is- rael had agreed on a plan to exploit the gas fields of Gaz- zah. Does this mean that Ji- had is now Fardh on every Muslim man and woman? Please comment on the Fat- wa. Answer We are not aware of the Fardh Ayn concept of the IUMS. In terms of the Shari- ah, Fardh Ayn means that an act is compulsory on every Muslim man and woman, e.g. Salaat and Saum. If the IUMS subscribes to this Shar‘i meaning, then obvious- ly, the fatwa is erroneous in this particular aspect, that Ji- had in the Gazzah scenario cannot be Fardh Ayn for all the 2 billion Muslims of the world is quite obvious. How will 2 billion Muslim men and women make their way to Gazzah? Assuming by some figment of halluci- nation, they manage to reach (Continued on page 18) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 2 The following report high- lights the problems and danger the true Taliban have to con- tend with. ―KABUL, Afghanistan — Tal- iban appear split over a recent decree banning the filming and broadcasting of living beings, with many of their officials ignoring the directive despite its approval by the Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundza- da. A review of the Taliban‘s offi- cial social media and websites shows that out of 24 minis- tries, only three—the Minis- tries of Justice, Higher Educa- tion, and Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice—have complied with the ban, ceasing to share images or videos. Meanwhile, 21 other minis- tries and the offices of three deputy chief ministers contin- ue to publish footage, seem- ingly disregarding their lead- er‘s order. The law, ratified in September as part of the Taliban‘s ―Promotion of Virtue and Pre- vention of Vice‖ code, prohib- its broadcasting images of liv- ing beings and imposes several other restrictions. Despite this, senior officials from key min- istries, including Defense, In- terior, Finance, and Public Health, have continued to fea- ture images and videos of their daily activities on official plat- forms. The Taliban ministries of jus- tice, higher education, and promotion of virtue have been the most vocal in enforcing the law. Neda Mohammad Nadim, the Higher Education Minister, and Khalid Hanafi, Minister of Promotion of Virtue and Pre- vention of Vice, have prohibit- ed filming during their provin- cial visits and ordered their ministries to stop broadcasting images. Yet, other prominent officials have paid little heed to the decree, fueling specula- tion of internal divisions with- in the Taliban leadership.‖ The Taliban – that is, the genuine Taliban – are not di- vided on the issue of the prohi- bition of pictures of animate objects and the ban enacted on this haraam practice. The Mu- naafiqs who are part of the Afghanistan government are in cahoots with the west. They are bootlickers of the U.S.A. A few dollars is sufficient to procure the allegiance of these munaafiqeen and to sew the discord and anarchy in the ranks of the Taliban. The lamentable truth is that the genuine Taliban had not attended to the Imaani and Deeni development of the masses. The entire generation of Afghans under American domination has become zindeeq, munaafiq and murtad. The West understands that the way for destroying the Imaan of Muslims is to trans- form them into heretics, mate- rialists and sceptics. This en- sures that they are torn away from their Imaani bearings. While they will retain Muslim names, their hearts will be bereft of Imaan. The West has achieved the success of its plot by means of its extremely potent method of secular ed- ucation which in reality is kufr and immoral education. During its 2 decade occupa- tion of Afghanistan, the U.S. had not neglected the plot of secular education and its ac- cursed trap of women‘s rights and their satanic ‗right‘ to western secular education. Thus, an entire generation of Murtad Afghans is today the worst problem and danger for the Taliban. If the Taliban had attended to the Deeni Ta‘leem of the children in all the villages where they had operated dur- ing the tenure of their Jihad against the Western kuffaar, then today the entire genera- tion of true Muslims would have formed a strong back- bone for the Taliban. For running the country to- day, the Taliban are reliant on munaafiq and murtad per- sonnel masquerading as Mus- lims. These munaafiqeen in the midst of the Taliban are dangerous snakes, bootlicking the Yahood and Nasaara, and plotting the elimination of the semblance of Shariah Law which the Old Guard Taliban are able to implement. May Allah Ta‘ala aid the genuine Taliban and protect them against the Snakes and kuffaar Bootlickers prowling in their midst, gnawing at the foundations of the Deen, and seeking to destroy the Old Guard whose objective is to establish the Law of the Sha- riah. Sufficient for you is Allah and the Mu‟mineen who follow you.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 64) If Muslims become genuine Muslims, Allah Ta‘ala and true Muslims will suffice as aid for the Mujaahideen. The first req- uisite is that the Mujaahideen should be obedient followers of the Deen. Then they will not look askance for support from the Shiahs of Hizbullah, Iran and the kuffaar of the ‗international community‘ of morons. They will then not be in need of flimsy ‗ceasefires‘ brokered by Zindeeqs and Mu- naafiqs in Qatar under the di- rective of America. By Dr.Majdi Rab‟i ―I spent ten years of my life with the Shias. I studied their history, traced their legacies and influential men, and scru- tinised their scuffles with the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah etc. I done this during my aca- demic journeys to Iraq and Iran, due to which I received my Masters and my Doctorate in Shi'i History. For a long pe- riod, I stayed with and ob- served the Batini Shias, who made lawful (for themselves) the blood of Muslims and spread Shiasm with iron and fire (i.e. extreme violence) un- til they forced (almost the en- tire) Iranian public to embrace Shiasm! They forced millions of Muslims to convert to Shi- asm. Historians have recorded that one million Muslims were slaughtered by the Rawafid (the pejorative name of the Shiah). Consequently, Iran was changed from a Sunni country to a Zoroastrian and Rafidhi state. The dark history (of the Shias) is that they even aligned themselves with the Jews and Christians against the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah. It was this alliance that prevented the Ottomans from conquering the entire Eu- rope after they had already conquered Eastern Europe and entered the heart thereof. They laid siege upon Vien- na but the backstabbing and attacks from the rear by the Safawids forced the Ottomans to abort their siege of Vienna and return to the Eastern coun- tries. Thus they destroyed the chance of conquering Europe and spreading Islam amongst its people. This is the reason one of the great Western histo- rians stated, "If it was not for the treachery of the Shi'i Sa- fawids towards the Ottoman caliphate and their attacks from the rear, the Ottomans would have conquered the en- tire Europe and it would have been an Islamic continent." A historical fact which left me dazed and I simply could not believe that a human (even if he did not claim to be Mus- lim) could perpetrate such an act, i.e. that which the Shia Qaramitah did to the Ka'bah on the Eighth of Zil-Hijjah 317 A.H. They attacked the Hujjaj and killed more than thirty thousand people. They destroyed the Zam-Zam dome, removed the door of the Ka'bah as well as its cover and they slaughtered those Hujjaj who clung onto it. Thereafter they dumped the corpses of the slain Muslims in the well of Zam-Zam. Finally, they re- moved the Hajar Aswad and took it to their country. That's when I understood the reality of Ibn Taymiyah's statement regarding the Batini Shias. He stated that they are worse in their disbelief than the Jews and Christians and it is a greater responsibility to fight them than to fight the disbelievers, as they are in the category of renegades. Today, as we see what is happening in Syria as far as worshipping Asad, killing and slaughtering the Ahlus Sunnah in a way that was not even done by the Jews or the Tar- tars, destruction and desecra- tion of Masjids etc. I am con- vinced that Bashar Asad and his sect (Nusairi Alawi Shias) are from the progeny of the Batiniyyah Qaramitah. The words of my Lord are so true, ―They are offspring, one from the other‖! It is as if history is repeating itself. Dr Majdi Rib'i Specialist Historian The least that we can do at this moment is to spread these facts so the Ahlus Sunnah and the entire world emerge from (Shi'i) deception.‖ AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 4 Hadhrat Abu Dar- daa‘ (Radhiyallahu anhu) nar- rated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Verily, Allah Azza Wa Jal says: „I am Allah besides Whom there is no deity other than Me. I am the Controller of kings. The hearts of kings are in My Hand. When the servants (people) obey Me, I instill benevo- lence and mercy in the hearts of the kings for the people. When the servants disobey Me, I instill in the hearts of the kings wrath and oppression for the people. Then they inflict horrible punishment on the people. Therefore, do not involve yourselves (that is: do not waste your time and effort) with cursing (and reviling) the kings (rulers/regimes). On the contrary, involve yourselves with Thikr and Humility unto Me. Then I shall suffice for you regarding your kings.” One consequence of the defeat the USA suffered in Afghani- stan is the capture by the Tali- ban of $8 billion of military equipment. This is a huge eco- nomic, military and political loss and defeat for America. In 2021 the US-led Western forces hastily and chaotically withdrew and fled from Afghan- istan leaving behind billions of dollars of military equipment including aircraft, missiles, mil- itary vehicles, rifles, rocket- launchers, and a variety of weapons and communications equipment. Now America is seeking the return of the equipment it lost in its more than 20 years of ag- gression. Trump said in this re- gard: “Joe Biden gave our mili- tary equipment, a big chunk of it to the enemy.” In fact, Biden did not ‗give‘ anything to the Taliban. The Taliban had de- feated the US coalition in the two decades war. Now the mili- tary equipment is of the spoils of war and belongs to the Tali- ban. Rejecting the claim of Trump, the Taliban representa- tive, Zabihullah Mujahid said: ―The weapons that America abandoned in Afghanistan, as well as those provided to the former Afghan regime, are now in the possession of the Mujahi- deen [ Taliban forces] as spoils of war,‖ ―The Afghan people now own these weapons and are utilizing them to defend their independ- ence, sovereignty, and Islamic system. No external force can compel us to surrender these weapons, nor will we accept any demands for their surrender. We will use these weapons to repel invaders who dare to seize them.‖ Trump warned that future financial assistance to Taliban- ruled Afghanistan would be contingent upon the return of U.S. military arms. ―If we‘re going to pay billions of dollars a year, tell them we‘re not going to give them the mon- ey unless they give back our military equipment,‖ Trump said. Rejecting the raving of the Clown, Mr.Trump, the Afghan Spokesman said that the Taliban have not received ―a single pen- ny‖ from the U.S. in financial aid since regaining control of the country. The Taliban have neither anticipated nor sought any assistance from Washington. THE MURTAD BOOT- LICKERS “Verily those who have turned on their backs (i.e. by becoming Murtads) after the Huda (Allah‟s Guidance) was clarified for them, Shaitaan has beautified for them (their kufr) and has given them much hope…. Allah is well aware of their secrets (of plot- ting and bootlicking their kuffaar bosses).” (Muhammad, Aayat 25 & 26) This Aayat of the Qur‘aan Majeed brings within its scope the murtad bootlickers who elevate kuffaar politicians above, far above, Muslims. Their ‗secrets‘ include their hidden kufr. They conceal their kufr while masquerading as Muslims. Beware of these frauds, deceits, munaafiqs and copro rubbishes who prowl in the Muslim community. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 5 “He who thinks that Allah will not help him (i.e. the Na- bi) in this dunya and the Aakhirat, should extend (arrange) a rope (or a ladder) to the skies, then (climb up it) and cut (the process of Revelation) to see if his plot will eliminate that which is caus- ing him anger.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 15) This Aayat confirms with emphasis Divine Aid for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to secure the ac- complishment of his mission of establishing the Deen. Other Aayat of the Qur‘aan Majeed extend the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala to all those who are sincerely hold- ing on to the Deen. Those who hold on to the Deen, making it their life and objective will not be de- nied the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala. The plots and enmity of the kuffaar will not thwart the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala reaching His faithful servants. When the kuffaar succeed in humiliating and defeating Muslims, it is not so on ac- count of their power and abil- ity. Muslim defeat is the con- sequence of treason against Allah Ta‘ala. The ascendency and domination of the kuffaar are the effects of Athaab-the Punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The solution for the Athaab is repentance and reformation. Adherence to the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah are the answers for Muslim degradation, humilia- tion and defeat. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: “If you aid (the Deen of) Al- lah, He will aid you.” “WE DESTROY….” “Numerous were the towns which We (Allah) had destroyed whilst they (the inhabitants) were oppressive (indulging in fisq, fujoor and kufr). Thus, now ( you will see) the towns destroyed (and laying) on their roofs (i.e. utterly destroyed). And (you will see) many of the wells and strong fortifications (destroyed) and disused.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 45) Towns, cities and villages were and are destroyed by the command of Allah Ta‘ala when the inhabitants of these places traverse beyond all scope of reformation. All events and upheavals occur- ring in the world are the de- crees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The destruction which has left Gazzah in ruins and rubble is within the purview of the aforementioned Aayat as well as many other Aayaat and Ahaadith. It is the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Ta‘ala. The Clown, Trump with his avaricious eyes on Gazzah, excreted from his mouth: ―As far as rebuilding it (i.e. Gazzah), we may give it to other states in the Middle East to build sections of it; other people may do it through our auspices. But we‘re committed to owning it, taking it, and making sure that Hamas doesn‘t move back. There‘s nothing to move back to. The place is a demolition site.‖ The Clown is stupid. Nev- ertheless, he has stated with clarity the plans and plot of the Yahood and Nasaara, and the conspiracy is not restricted to Gazzah. The entire Middle East comes within the purview of the colonial plans of this stupid Clown who head a stu- pid nation of mad people. As far as Muslims are con- cerned, the entire earth be- longs to only Allah Ta‘ala. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: ―Verily, the earth belongs to only Allah. He grants it to whomever He wills.‖ It is only Allah Ta‘ala Who will decide the ownership of Gazzah and of all other countries on which the eyes of the Yahood and Nasaara are fixed. Currently, Muslims are be- ing brutally dispossessed of their land as a Punishment for their treason and rebellion against Allah Ta‘ala. As long as Muslims fail to understand the cause for their disposses- sion, suffering and humilia- tion, they will remain the serfs and serves of impure and bru- tal devils such as the Clown AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 6 SAID RASULULLAH (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that Allah Ta‘ala says: “I am Allah. There is no deity except I Who is the King of kings and the King of sover- eignty. The hearts of kings (rulers/governments) are in My Hand (Control and Power). When the people obey Me, I turn the hearts of the kings towards them with mer- cy and benevolence. When the people disobey Me, I imbue the hearts of the kings with wrath and venge- ance. Then they afflict the people with terrible punish- ment. Therefore do not in- volve yourselves (do not waste your time) upraiding (abusing and cursing) the kings. On the contrary, involve your- selves with Thikr and Ta- waadhu‟ (Humility) so that I suffice for you against (the oppression) of your rulers.” There are several more simi- lar Ahaadith instructing us to refrain from vilifying and up- raising the rulers. The conse- quence of disobedience of the people is the appointment by Allah Ta‘ala of tyrants and oppressors to punish them. Muslims, including our- selves, invariably react emo- tionally when segments of the Ummah are tyrannized, terror- ized and brutalized as is the current scenario in Palestine. Then we inveigh against the perpetrators – the rulers – for the acts of oppression and brutality to which they subject us. While this attitudinal con- figuration is a natural reaction of Muslims who cherish deep love for their suffering brethren, the need is to re- strain the emotion and to react within the boundaries of the precepts of the Qur‘aan and Sunnah. Vilifying the oppressors and hurling vituperation at them as we generally do, is in reality in conflict with the spirit and teaching of the Qur‘aan and Sunnah. The Qur‘aan Majeed explicitly declares: “No calamity can befall ex- cept with the permission of Allah. Whoever, believes in Allah, He guides his heart, and Allah is aware of everything.” (At-Taghaabun, Aayat 11) “There is no calamity which befalls (you) on earth and even in yourselves except that it is recorded in a Kitaab even before We create it (the calamity).” (Al-Hadeed, Aayat 22) “Say: „Never shall any ca- lamity befall us except that which Allah has decreed for us. Therefore, the Mu‟minoon should have trust on Allah.” (At-Taubah, Aayat 51) Now that it is known to Muslims that all calamities and misfortunes are the decrees of Allah Ta‘ala, then it does not behove us to allow our intel- lect to become overshadowed with emotion to the degree of becoming entirely forgetful of the advices and commands of Allah Ta‘ala and His Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The hearts of the rulers are in the control of Allah…” The calamity and the punish- ment which overtake us are the decrees of Allah Ta‘ala. In this regard the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Nothing is hidden from your Rabb, be it a grain in the earth or in the sky, nor anything smaller than it (a grain) nor bigger, but it is recorded in a Clear Book (Looh Mahfooz).” (Yoonus, Aayat 61) “By Him are the Keys of the Ghaib. No one knows (the Ghaib) except He. He knows what is on the land and in the ocean. Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware of it. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 59) Even the death of a leaf is rec- orded and it happens with the command of Allah Ta‘ala. When the earthquake strikes, when the volcano erupts, when the hurricane and the tsunami wrought hav- oc, death and destruction, we do not revile these creations of Allah Ta‘ala. Just as these natural disasters bring death and destruction in their wake, so too do the kuffaar agents of Allah Ta‘ala act. They act in terms of the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is He Who punishes us for our fisq, fu- joor, kufr and treason. Allah Ta‘ala sends an army from His numerous armies against us to brutalize and humiliate us. “The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 4) “The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 7) “No one knows the Armies of your Rabb, except He.” (Al-Muddathir, Aayat 31) Referring specifically to His Kuffaar army, Allah Ta‘ala states in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “We have declared to Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab (Torah): „You will assuredly cause an- archy twice on earth and reach great heights (extremes in anarchy/mischief/villainy). “When the first of the two promises comes, We shall send against you such of Our servants (kuffaar) who are powerful in war. They will penetrate (your) homes. This is a promise to be ful- filled.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 4 & 5) “When the second promise comes (they will with Our permission) disfigure your faces, enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered the first time (causing defilement and de- struction), and they will de- stroy everything they over- run.” That was the heart-rending fate of the then Muslim Um- mah and Palestine. That was the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala executed by the Kuffaar agents and army of Allah Az- za Wa Jal (the Babylonian mushrikeen under Nebucanez- zar) by the decree and permis- sion of Allah Ta‘ala. It ran its course as was decreed. Today that episode is being re- enacted. The only difference is that Bani Israaeel today is the Kuffaar agent executing the Divine Punishment on the Muslim Ummah of today whereas in bygone times, Ba- ni Israaeel was the Ummah being punished. This Punishment will run its prescribed course as de- creed by Allah Ta‘ala. Allah Azza Wa Jal is Samee (The Hearer), Baseer (The One Who Sees), Qaadir (The All- Powerful One, Aadil (The Just One) and Rahmaan (The Mer- ciful One). He knows and sees everything, yet He is al- lowing the Yahood to execute their brutal genocide. That is because it is Allah Azza Wa Jal Who has empowered them and Who is directing the operations. Trump and Netanyahu are clowns and dunderheads - little flies, powerless to do anything. The Orchestrator is Allah Az- za Wa Jal. Muslims are required to abandon their haraam hedonic lifestyle of obsequious boot- licking the kuffaar and emu- lous emulation of the Yahood and Nasaara. We are required by Allah Ta‘ala to acknowledge our treason against Him, to repent – Tau- bah and Istighfaar - and to re- new our Pledge of Obedi- ence. Then overnight the tables will be turned. “Do not follow the kaafireen and the munaafiqeen. Ignore their harassment and repose trust on Allah. Allah suffices as a Helper.” (Al-Ahzaab, Aayat 48) “O People of Imaan! If you help Allah (His Deen), He will help you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemy).” (Muhammad, Aayat 7) Our reaction when calamity befalls us should be, accord- ing to the Qur‘aan: “Give glad tidings to the Saabireen. They are those, when calamity befalls them, they say: „Verily we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return”. He added that those who sup- ported democracy were trying to create a divide between the people of Afghanistan and the Taliban government. The 50-minute audio of Akhundzada‘s message was published on X by the Taliban government‘s chief spokes- man, Zabihullah Mujahid. HIS HELP “O People of Imaan! In terms of the Qur‘aan, the MJC Carrion Halaalizer is now a confirmed member of Hizbush Shaitaan. Shaitaan has urinated in their brains. Intoxicated with shaitaani ver- onal urine-drug, the MJC no longer understands the need to retain its outer cover of decep- tion to conceal its nifaaq and kufr, hence from its heights of hubris it has demonstrated its blithe disregard for the Shariah with its support for a character suffering from indurate nifaaq, kufr and shirk. They have ex- tinguished their Imaan. THE HIZB OF ALLAH “You will not find people who have Imaan in Allah and the Last Day befriending those who oppose Allah and His Rasool even if they (the kuffaar and zindeeq Bootlickers) are their fa- thers or their sons or their brothers or their families. Indeed these people (who do not befriend the op- ponents of Allah), Allah has embedded Imaan in their hearts and He assists them with His Mercy. He will admit them into such Orchards (of Jannat) be- neath which flow rivers. Therein shall they dwell for- ever. Allah is well pleased with them and they are well pleased with Him. Indeed, they are the Group (Hizb) of Allah. Behold! The Hizb of Allah shall be the on- ly successful ones.” (Al-Mujaadalah, Aayat 22) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 9 “O People of Imaan! Do not take as friends your fathers and your brothers if they pre- fer kufr to Imaan. Those from among you (Muslims) who befriend them, indeed they are the Zaalimoon (oppressors).” (At-Taubah, Aayat 23) Muwaalaat (friendship) and Najaat (Salvation in the Here- after) in Islam are based on Imaan. Friendship with any- one is for the sake of Allah Ta‘ala - to acquire His Pleas- ure, not for any worldly and nafsaani motive. Such mis- guided ‗friendship‘ must nec- essarily end in moral, spiritual and mundane corruption. Kuffaar can never be the friends of Muslims. Regard- less of what hue and persua- sion they may be, they are one breed of ingrates. The Qur‘aan says that those Muslims who befriend the kuffaar even if they are fathers and brothers, are likewise kuffaar. Acts of philanthropy and altruism are not the criterion for friendship. The criterion is Imaan. From the Islamic per- spective, humanitarian acts and philanthropy regardless of the benefit to mankind, are baseless and worthless without Imaan. In the Aakhirat, the good deeds of the kuffaar will be worthless. Describing worthless deeds of ‗virtue‘, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “…he who does not believe in Allah and the Last Day, his similitude is like a rock on which sand (has gathered). When comes a gush of rain, it is left bare. These people have no control over anything they earn. Allah does not guide the kaafireen people.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 264) The Zindeeqs who bootlick the kuffaar politicians and their interfaith kuffaar com- rades elevate these so-called ‗philanthropists‘ above the Muslimeen on the basis of their hollow proclamations of ‗justice‘ and speeches against oppression. These Zanaadaqah claim that the kuffaar regard- less of their kufr and rejection of Islam are more deserving of Jannat than sinful Muslims. The standard of salvation ac- cording to the hypocrite Zindeeqs is worldly humani- tarian deeds, not Imaan. The Zindeeqs masquerad- ing as Muslims are Satanists who believe themselves to be the rightly guided ones. De- nouncing and rejecting them, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Verily, they take the shayaa- teen (devils) as friends besides Allah and they think that they are the guided ones.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 30) The friendship of kuffaar is with Shaitaan. Regarding this reality, the Qur‘aan Majeed referring to Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) says: “O my father! Do not worship shaitaan. Verily, shaitaan was to his Rabb a (rebellious) sin- ner. O my father! Verily I fear that the punishment from Ar- Rahmaan will afflict you. Then you will become the friend of shaitaan.” (Maryam, Aayat 45) “Verily, We have made the shayaateen (devils) the friends of those who have no Imaan.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 27) These zindeeqs of our time belong to Hizbush Shaitaan (The Clique of Shaitaan). It is Iblees who urinates kufr into their brains: “Verily, he (Iblees) calls his Clique so that they become the people of the Fire.” (Faatir, Aayat 6) It is only Shaitaan who in- spired the Murtad to excrete the following statement of ir- refutable kufr: “I could only say that by the evidence of my experience, Tutu deserved paradise more than an Imam or Sheikh or Mufti who said the right formula, but chose not be a witness for justice; who memorized the Quran but chose not to live it… while people like Tutu, Boesak, Bey- ers, Guru Krishna, Slovo were confronting evil!” The response to this murta- d‘s ‗experience and opinion‘ is that his copro idea is shaitaani excreta which he has dis- gorged. Muslims should understand well that this narrative of kufr can emanate only from some- one doomed to Jahannam - someone created specifically to be Hasabu Jahannam (Fuel for Hell-Fire). Understand well that the worst scoundrel Muslim – one who believes in Allah, His Rasool and the fun- (Continued on page 10) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 10 damentals of Islam, will enter Jannat despite his mountains of villainy, injustice, oppres- sion, debauchery, etc. If Allah Ta‘ala chooses to forgive him, he will enter Paradise without even entering Jahannam to suffer punishment. If Allah Ta‘ala selects to punish him, then after having served his punishment, he will enter Jan- nat, and the extent of his Jan- nat will be ten times the size of earth. On the other hand, the ‗greatest‘ kaafir philanthropist who had dedicated his life to humanitarian activities and to fighting oppression, will be doomed to everlasting perdi- tion and Hell-Fire because he is a TREASONIST. He wast- ed his entire worldly life in committing treason against His Creator. He had denied the Final Message and Law of His Creator, Allah Ta‘ala. As such, he is doomed to be an everlasting inmate of Jahan- nam. For the kuffaar philanthro- pists and for their zindeeq bootlickers masquerading as Muslims, the Qur‘aan states: “Before them is Jahannam. Whatever they had earned (done) will not avail them in any way whatsoever nor will those whom they adopted as friends besides Allah be of any avail. For them shall be a ter- rible punishment.” (Al-Jaathiyah, Aayat 10) Their humanitarian activities and their so-called struggles against oppression will be of no avail. Their worldly efforts will all be wasted and worth- less in the Aakhirah. For them their will be only everlasting Hell-Fire while the worst Muslim scoundrel will be in Jannat after serving his sen- tence or he may even be for- given and sent to Jannat with- out punishment. This is be- cause he is not a treasonist. He did not reject Tauheed and the Shariah stemming from Tau- heed. He believed in the Risaalat of Muhammad (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He was not an idolater nor a cross-worshipper nor did he subscribe to any of the kufr beliefs of Tutu, Boesak and the Hindu Guru Krishna whose boots the Zindeeq is licking. These munaafiqeen will suffer horribly when Malakul Maut captures them. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: “What will be their condition when the Angels (of Death) shall kill them, striking their faces and their backs? This (painful death) is the ef- fect of them having pursued things which countenanced the Wrath of Allah, and they were averse to the Pleasure of Al- lah. Thus, has He destroyed their (superficially good) deeds.” Their humanitarian deeds of goodness will not avail them. Their deeds are worthless without the pivot of Imaan. Deeds bereft of the basis of Imaan will not secure salva- tion for the kuffaar and their underling, subordinate boot- licking munaafiqeen parading as ‗muslims‘. They will soon readily understand this reality and comprehend in entirety the self-destruction they had perpetrated throughout their lives: “They will say: „Alas! If we had listened or if we had intelligence, we would not have become the compan- ions of the Fire. Thus, will they concede their sins. Be- gone/Get far away (in per- dition)! (This will be) for the companions of the Fire!” (Al-Mulk, Aayat 10 & 11) The Qur‘aanic term mention- ing the distance and estrange- ment of the evil companions of the Fire is „suhkan‟. It is stated in a pejorative sense such as the Afrikaans term: „VOETSEK! When these mod- ernist munaafiq bootlicker and their mushrik idolaters will express grief at their fate, it will be said to them: “Voetsek! Get lost and disappear into the Blazing Fire.” (Continued from page 9) “DO NOT FOLLOW THEM…” “Do not follow the kaafireen and the munaafiqeen. Ignore their harassment and repose trust on Allah. Allah suffices as a Helper.” (Al-Ahzaab, Aayat 48) This Trust (Tawakkul) is at- tainable only by means of to- tal obedience to the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah. (Remember) when he said to his people: „Verily, we (Mu‟mineen) dissociate from you and from your objects of worship besides Allah. We reject you. Enmity and hatred have surfaced between you and us forever, until you be- lieve in Allah, The one…” (Al-Mumtahinah, Aayat 4) The Western kuffaar who are experts in plotting and fabri- cating schemes and conspira- cies against Islam have plot- ted their ‗Abraham Accord‘ to trick, decieve and ensnare ignorant Muslims and mod- ernists whose Imaan either dangles on a thread or has been effaced whilst studying at the brothel universities. But, there is no accord with the kuffaar in the Deen and Phi- losophy of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). He had with utmost clarity denounced the kuffaar and in the most strident manner did he proclaim adaawat (enmity) and baghdhaa‟ (hatred) for those who are mushriks. All of these kuffaar politicians and copro-humanitarians come within the purview of the Uswah Hasanah of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) as expounded in the afore- mentioned Qur‘aanic Aayat. Nabi Ibraaheem‘s Uswah Ha- sanah dictated the proclama- tion against the kuffaar men- tioned in the Aayat. Do not be misled and trapped in the snare of Iblees by the munaafiqs who boot- lick the kuffaar politicians. All their ‗accords‘ and inter- faith issues are ploys of Iblees being executed by the zanaadaqah and modernists in the Muslim community. CALAMITIES ―There is no calamity/misfortune (befalling anyone) except with the permission of Allah. He who believes in Allah, Allah guides his heart. And Allah is aware of everything. Obey Allah and obey the Rasool. If you turn away (from the Deen), then on Our Messengers is only the Clear Delivery (of the Message of Allah): There is no deity but He, and on Allah should the Mu‘minoon have trust.‖ (At-Taghaabun, 11, 12 & 13) THE ZAALIMOON ―We did not destroy towns except when their inhabitants were zaalimoon (evil trans- gressors and oppressors).‖ (Al-Qasas, Aayat 59) Towns and lands are de- stroyed by the Punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is only the gross and flagrant sinning and treason of the inhabitants which invite the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. When the inhab- itants exceed all bounds of transgression, fisq, fujoor and kufr, and have no regret and no intention of reforming, then the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala becomes justified. Thus, the upheavals of Athaab we are witnessing to- day in Palestine, Somalia, Su- dan, Syria, Kashmir, Burma, China, etc. are the conse- quences of the Ummah‘s trea- son and rebellion. “HE IS NOT GHAAFIL” “Verily, We are not ghaafil (oblivious) Regarding creation.” (Al-Mu‟minoon, Aayat 17) Whatever transpires in the universe is by the decree of Allah Ta‘ala. He is not ghaafil (oblivious) of the happenings on earth, in the universe and in His entire creation. While we grieve for the suffering of the Ummah in Palestine and elsewhere, we should not be ghaafil of the fact that Allah Azza Jal is aware of what is happening. He sees, hears, and has all the power to end the suffering. But His Wisdom is allowing the Athaab to continue, and it will run its prescribed course, and no one has the power to thwart the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. No one can fathom the mystery and wisdom of the decrees of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor any- thing moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book (in Looh Mahfuz) (Qur‟aan) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 12 A STORM OF FAITH AGAINST THE TIDES OF ROME! 3000 vs 100,000?! The Sahaa- bah (Radhiyallahu Anhum) stood on the burning sands of Mootah, staring at an OCEAN of Roman steel—10,000? 30,000? NO—Muslim sources say 100,000 elite Byzantine warriors! (Qur'an 8:10) (Continued from page 12) THE ARMIES OF ALLAH “The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 4) The Yahood, the Nasaara, natural disasters and all things of destruction are units in the Armies of Allah. They operate by the decree of Allah Ta‘ala. Nothing and no one can lift a finger without authorization and empower- ment by Allah Azza Wa Jal. To emphasize the fact that all powers and forces are the armies of Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Qur‘aan repeats the above Verse, just two verses after having mentioned it: “The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 7) Again emphasizing this fact and reality, the Qur‘aan states; “No one knows the Armies of your Rabb, except He.” (Al-Muddathir, Aayat 31) To punish the disobedient and rebellious Believers, Allah Ta‘ala sends against them any unit from His Armies. The kuffaar, the hurricane, earth- quake, tsunami, etc., etc. are all units of the Armies of Al- lah Ta‘ala. They operate within the bounds of the pow- er ordained for them. THE AID OF ALLAH Who are the people who are entitled to receive the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala? Answering this question, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Most assuredly, Allah will aid those who aid Him. Verily, Allah is powerful and mighty.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 40) Those who aid the Deen of Allah Ta‘ala are the ones who ―aid Allah Ta‘ala‖. Who are they? Answering this question, the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “They are those who, if We grant them authority on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit evil. And the fi- nal result is with Allah.” (Al-Hajj, 41) Muslims who have aban- doned the Deen and who regulate their lives in emula- tion of the kuffaar as is the case in all countries, do not deserve the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah. The consequences of being deprived of the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala are glaringly vis- ible today in Palestine, Kash- mir, India, China, Somalia, Sudan, etc. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 14 “If Allah helps you, then none can defeat you. And, if He abandons you, then who is there to help you. The Mu‟minoon should trust only Allah (and no one else).” (Aal Imraan, Aayat 160) This Aayat of the Qur‘aan Majeed as well as other simi- lar verses and supplemen- tary Ahaadith should con- vince all understanding Mus- lims –Muslims with genuine Imaan – Imaan uncorrupted with western/atheistic ideolo- gies - that there is no conun- drum in the heart-rending conflagration consuming Mus- lims in Palestine. Whatever is transpiring in Palestine and in every other place in this universe, is the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal: “Everything is recorded in a Clear Kitaab.” (Qur‟aan) The Decree of Allah Ta‘ala cannot be thwarted or imped- ed. It will run its prescribed course. Muslims, all over the world, have abandoned the Deen. They have forgotten Al- lah Ta‘ala. He has therefore abandoned us by withholding His Nusrat (Help) from the Ummah. If Allah Ta‘ala was pleased with Muslims, then according to the Qur‘aan “none can defeat you”. Today Muslims sprawled at the feet of the kuffaar and licking their boots, find no succour. The very boots they are licking and the very kuffaar they are emu- lating are kicking and humili- ating them. Allah Ta‘ala commands that the Mu‘mineen should have Tawakkul (Trust) on only Him. But Muslims are repos- ing their trust on the stupid, imaginary and fictitious ‗international community‘. This international community, the UN, the international courts and other kuffaar insti- tutions are all mirages and fic- tions. No one can aid Mus- lims because Allah Ta‘ala has abandoned us. The only way of gaining the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala is to return back to Islam with Taubah, Istighfaar, Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat. There is no other way. Some entities, namely the IUMS (International Union of Islamic Scholars) and Mufti Taqi Usmani) have issued the fatwa of Jihad being ob- ligatory on all Muslim govern- ments. In the wake of kuffaar brutalities on Muslim commu- nities, not only in Gazzah, but in several other places such as Burma, India, China, etc., Ji- had being Fardh on Muslim governments is an axiomatic truth and reality which is not in need of these belated fat- was. However, these fatwas are full of sound and fury signi- fying nil, absolutely nothing. Firstly, all regimes in all Mus- lim countries with the solitary exception of Afghanistan, are KUFR. The governments of the Muslim countries have abolished the Shariah and have substituted for it some western kufr system of gov- ernment. Even the abolition of a single hukm of the Shariah is kufr. But we find that the entire Shariah has been ex- punged from the law system of all Muslim countries. Kuffaar regimes governing the Muslim countries with systems of Kufr cannot be expected to heed the flapdoo- dle fatwas of the Muftis who themselves are generally boot- lickers of the kufr regimes. Did Mufti Taqi ever issue the fatwa of Jihad being Fardh on the government of Pakistan regarding the brutalities of Burma and India on their re- spective Muslim communi- ties? Palestine in relation to Burma and India is far away. Did Mufti Taqi ever say that Jihad is Fardh on the Pakistani government regarding the issue of Kashmir? And did the IUMS ever issue such a fatwa for governments adjoining countries where genocide was being perpetrated against Muslims? The armed forces of all Muslim countries are in ca- hoots with their respective kuffaar governments, hence they too are kuffaar regardless of their trumpeting ‗islamic‘ themes. The kufr of the re- gimes has rendered the armed (Continued on page 15) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 76 Page 15 Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Three Duas are Mus- tajaabaat (readily accepted by Allah Ta‟ala). The Dua of one‟s father; the Dua of the wayfarer (not a merrymaking tourist), and the Dua (Curse) of the Mazloom (Oppressed one). The Dua of the Mazloom is raised above the clouds. The portals of Heaven are opened for it, and Rabb proclaims: “I take oath by My Glory and Might that I shall aid you even if it is after some time.” Pakistan or Napakistan, be- cause of some political issues and differences with the Tali- ban of Afghanistan is expel- ling more than a million Af- ghan immigrants from Paki- stan. Heartlessly and without any vestige of mercy, the Na- pakistani authorities are to- tally inconsiderate regarding the zulm they are inflicting on these unfortunate Muslims who have settled in Pakistan since many decades. Thou- sands have been born in Na- pakistan and have no ties with Afghanistan. Since the regime in Napaki- stan is kufr, it conducts itself like the kuffaar Yahood in Gazzah. A kufr regime mas- querading as Muslims, excel in zulm. It is therefore uncar- ing and oblivious of the cruel- ty and brutality it is inflicting on the more than million Re- citers of the Kalimah. There was a noted Aalim in Deoband, Maulana Shaikh Muhammad (Rahmatullah alayh), whose opinion op- posed that of the Ulama who favoured jihad. He claimed that, far from it being a duty binding on Muslims to wage jihad against the British, given the prevailing conditions, it was not even permissible ac- cording to the Shariah. Hence, a consultative meeting was held in Deoband, in which, among others, Maulana Ra- shid Ahmad Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh) and Mau- lana Muhammad Qasim Nanotvi (Rahmatullah alayh) (both of whom were soon to be closely involved in the es- tablishment of the Darul Uloom at Deoband) also par- ticipated. Describing this dis- cussion, Maulana Husain Ah- mad Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) writes in his autobiog- raphy titled, Naqsh-e-Hayat: “In this meeting, the issue of Jihad was discussed. Very courteously, Hazrat Nanotvi asked Maulana Shaikh Mu- hammad, “Hazrat, what is the reason that you do not declare jihad to be a binding duty (farz), nor even permissible (jaa‟iz)?” He replied, “We do not have the weapons and in- struments for jihad. (Naqsh-e- Hayat, 1954, Vol. 2, p. 42)” Why did Moulana Shaikh Muhammad (Rahmatullah alayh) remain silent? Is it ap- propriate/correct to compare the 1857 Mujaahideen with the Ashaab-e-Badr (Radhiyallaahu Ta'ala 'anhum)? I've found this sort of 'comparison' (which I feel is an incorrect term for this) countless times. I recall read- ing a similar 'comparison' in For Friends of Moulana Maseehullah (Rahmatullaahi 'Alayh). Simi- larly, in various articles/books in the Majlis as well, such a 'comparison' appears. Please comment. COMMENT The analogy with Badr is in- correct. Hence, Shaikh Mu- hammad (Rahmatullah alayh) remained silent. However, due to the premises on which he had based his opinion being erroneous, he could not ven- ture the appropriate response, hence his silence. He had based his view on the lack or comparative pauci- ty of weaponry. But this is grossly incorrect. The success and victories of the Battles of the Sahaabah and early Mus- lims were not at all reliant on superiority/abundance of wea- ponry and numerical superiori- ty. We do not know to which extent of need and importance Shaikh Muhammad regarded “the resources”. If his focus was only on this aspect, then obviously he was in error. His silence is indeed a conundrum. Why did he not respond? The analogy with the Sahaa- bah will be correct only if the Muslim Ummah as a whole is Muttaqeen and obedient to the Shariah. For such fighters, it will be correct to remind them of the extreme paucity of wea- ponry of the Sahaabah. Their victories were not reliant on material superiority. If we had been present in that Shura, we would have sid- ed with Shaikh Muhammad but from a different perspec- tive. We would have advised the other Hadhraat: The time for Jihad is not op- portune because the level of Imaan of the masses is putrid and on the verge of kufr. We have to concentrate on the Is- laah of the Ummah. We cannot compare our current Ummah with the Sahaabah. To be like the Sahaabah, Tawakkul is im- perative. Tawakkul is the ef- fect of Islaah of the Nafs. The Ummah has to be first pre- pared, then will follow Jihad. That was what Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had done in the first 10 years of Nubuwwat. It was only Is- laah and Ibaadat. Military preparedness and abundance of ammunition and weapons will fail and Muslims will not achieve success as long as they have not devel- oped the required degree of Roohaaniyat. Spiritual stami- na is imperative for Muslim victory. The lack or paucity of weapons at Badr was comple- mented with the highest level of Imaan from which stems Roohaaniyat. History has proven the failure of the Jihad campaigns in In- dia. It was because the masses were absolutely corrupt. Once Hadhrat Maasihullah (Rahmatullah alayh) said that if in this age the greatest Wali becomes Ameerul Mu‘mineen, he will fail because of the evil and villainy of the masses. In terms of the Shariah, Fardh Ayn means that an act is compulsory on every Muslim man and woman, e.g. Salaat and Saum. If the IUMS subscribes to this Shar'i meaning, then obviously, the fatwa is erroneous in this particular aspect, that Jihad in the Gazzah scenario cannot be Fardh Ayn for all the 2 billion Muslims of the world is quite obvious. How will 2 billion Muslim men and women make their way to Gazzah? Assuming by some figment of hallucination, they manage to reach Gazzah whilst all Gazzans are taking refuge and fleeing, what will the 2 billion Muslims do under the sky? Should they stand there to be slaughtered by the merciless bombing from the skies and commit suicide in fulfilment of the alleged Fardh Ayn fatwa? Suicide is never Fardh Ayn. Furthermore, if the 17 members of the Fatwa Committee of the IUMS really believe that Jihad has become Fardh Ayn, then why are they not in Gazzah? Why are they sitting and enjoying safety and luxury wherever they may be? In so far as Jihad being obligatory on all Muslim governments and armed forces is concerned, this is correct – 100% correct. However, the major issue in this respect is that today there are no Muslim governments and armies. All of them are kuffaar – munaafiq and murtad. Thus, the Fatwa has no meaning for them. We are in agreement with the rest of the Fatwa. The following report highlights the problems and danger the true Taliban have to contend with. Meanwhile, 21 other ministries and the offices of three deputy chief ministers continue to publish footage, seemingly disregarding their leader's order. The law, ratified in September as part of the Taliban's "Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice" code, prohibits broadcasting images of living beings and imposes several other restrictions. Despite this, senior officials from key ministries, including Defense, Interior, Finance, and Public Health, have continued to feature images and videos of their daily activities on official platforms. The Taliban ministries of justice, higher education, and promotion of virtue have been the most vocal in enforcing the law. Neda Mohammad Nadim, the Higher Education Minister, and Khalid Hanafi, Minister of Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, have prohibited filming during their provincial visits and ordered their ministries to stop broadcasting images. Yet, other prominent officials have paid little heed to the decree, fueling speculation of internal divisions within the Taliban leadership." The West understands that the way for destroying the Imaan of Muslims is to transform them into heretics, materialists and sceptics. This ensures that they are torn away from their Imaani bearings. While they will retain Muslim names, their hearts will be bereft of Imaan. The West has achieved the success of its plot by means of its extremely potent method of secular education which in reality is kufr and immoral education. During its 2 decade occupation of Afghanistan, the U.S. had not neglected the plot of secular education and its accursed trap of women's rights and their satanic 'right' to western secular education. If the Taliban had attended to the Deeni Ta'leem of the children in all the villages where they had operated during the tenure of their Jihad against the Western kuffaar, then today the entire generation of true Muslims would have formed a strong backbone for the Taliban. For running the country today, the Taliban are reliant on munaafiq and murtad personnel masquerading as Muslims. These munaafiqeen in the midst of the Taliban are dangerous snakes, bootlicking the Yahood and Nasaara, and plotting the elimination of the semblance of Shariah Law which the Old Guard Taliban are able to implement. May Allah Ta'ala aid the genuine Taliban and protect them against the Snakes and kuffaar Bootlickers prowling in their midst, gnawing at the foundations of the Deen, and seeking to destroy the Old Guard whose objective is to establish the Law of the Shariah. The dark history (of the Shias) is that they even aligned themselves with the Jews and Christians against the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah. It was this alliance that prevented the Ottomans from conquering the entire Eu- rope after they had already conquered Eastern Europe and entered the heart thereof. They laid siege upon Vienna but the backstabbing and attacks from the rear by the Safawids forced the Ottomans to abort their siege of Vienna and return to the Eastern countries. Thus they destroyed the chance of conquering Europe and spreading Islam amongst its people. This is the reason one of the great Western historians stated, "If it was not for the treachery of the Shi'i Safawids towards the Ottoman caliphate and their attacks from the rear, the Ottomans would have conquered the entire Europe and it would have been an Islamic continent." A historical fact which left me dazed and I simply could not believe that a human (even if he did not claim to be Muslim) could perpetrate such an act, i.e. that which the Shia Qaramitah did to the Ka'bah on the Eighth of Zil-Hijjah 317 A.H. They attacked the Hujjaj and killed more than thirty thousand people. They destroyed the Zam-Zam dome, removed the door of the Ka'bah as well as its cover and they slaughtered those Hujjaj who clung onto it. Thereafter they dumped the corpses of the slain Muslims in the well of Zam-Zam. Finally, they removed the Hajar Aswad and took it to their country. That's when I understood the reality of Ibn Taymiyah's statement regarding the Batini Shias. He stated that they are worse in their disbelief than the Jews and Christians and it is a greater responsibility to fight them than to fight the disbelievers, as they are in the category of renegades. Today, as we see what is happening in Syria as far as worshipping Asad, killing and slaughtering the Ahlus Sunnah in a way that was not even done by the Jews or the Tartars, destruction and desecration of Masjids etc. I am convinced that Bashar Asad and his sect (Nusairi Alawi Shias) are from the progeny of the Batiniyyah Qaramitah. One consequence of the defeat the USA suffered in Afghanistan is the capture by the Taliban of $8 billion of military equipment. This is a huge economic, military and political loss and defeat for America. In 2021 the US-led Western forces hastily and chaotically withdrew and fled from Afghanistan leaving behind billions of dollars of military equipment including aircraft, missiles, military vehicles, rifles, rocketlaunchers, and a variety of weapons and communications equipment. Now America is seeking the return of the equipment it lost in its more than 20 years of aggression. Trump said in this regard: "Joe Biden gave our military equipment, a big chunk of it to the enemy." In fact, Biden did not 'give' anything to the Taliban. The Taliban had defeated the US coalition in the two decades war. Now the military equipment is of the spoils of war and belongs to the Taliban. Rejecting the claim of Trump, the Taliban representative, Zabihullah Mujahid said: "The weapons that America abandoned in Afghanistan, as well as those provided to the former Afghan regime, are now in the possession of the Mujahideen [ Taliban forces] as spoils of war," "The Afghan people now own these weapons and are utilizing them to defend their independence, sovereignty, and Islamic system. No external force can compel us to surrender these weapons, nor will we accept any demands for their surrender. We will use these weapons to repel invaders who dare to seize them." Trump warned that future financial assistance to Talibanruled Afghanistan would be contingent upon the return of U.S. military arms. "If we're going to pay billions of dollars a year, tell them we're not going to give them the money unless they give back our military equipment," Trump said. Their 'secrets' include their hidden kufr. They conceal their kufr while masquerading as Muslims. Beware of these frauds, deceits, munaafiqs and copro rubbishes who prowl in the Muslim community. Hadhrat Abu Dardaa' (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Verily, Allah Azza Wa Jal says: 'I am Allah besides Whom there is no deity other than Me. I am the Controller of kings. The hearts of kings are in My Hand. When the servants (people) obey Me, I instill benevo- lence and mercy in the hearts of the kings for the people. When the servants disobey Me, I instill in the hearts of the kings wrath and oppression for the people. Then they inflict horrible punishment on the people. Therefore, do not involve yourselves (that is: do not waste your time and effort) with cursing (and reviling) the kings (rulers/regimes). On the contrary, involve yourselves with Thikr and Humility unto Me. Then I shall suffice for you regarding your kings." "He who thinks that Allah will not help him (i.e. the Na- bi) in this dunya and the Aakhirat, should extend (arrange) a rope (or a ladder) to the skies, then (climb up it) and cut (the process of Revelation) to see if his plot will eliminate that which is caus- ing him anger." (Al-Hajj, Aayat 15) This Aayat confirms with emphasis Divine Aid for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to secure the ac- complishment of his mission of establishing the Deen. Other Aayat of the Qur'aan Majeed extend the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta'ala to all those who are sincerely holding on to the Deen. Those who hold on to the Deen, making it their life and objective will not be denied the Aid of Allah Ta'ala. The plots and enmity of the kuffaar will not thwart the Aid of Allah Ta'ala reaching His faithful servants. When the kuffaar succeed in humiliating and defeating Muslims, it is not so on account of their power and ability. Muslim defeat is the consequence of treason against Allah Ta'ala. The ascendency and domination of the kuffaar are the effects of Athaab-the Punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The solution for the Athaab is repentance and reformation. Adherence to the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah are the answers for Muslim degradation, humiliation and defeat. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "If you aid (the Deen of) Al- lah, He will aid you." "Numerous were the towns which We (Allah) had destroyed whilst they (the inhabitants) were oppressive (indulging in fisq, fujoor and kufr). Thus, now ( you will see) the towns destroyed (and laying) on their roofs (i.e. utterly destroyed). And (you will see) many of the wells and strong fortifications (destroyed) and disused." (Al-Hajj, Aayat 45) Towns, cities and villages were and are destroyed by the command of Allah Ta'ala when the inhabitants of these places traverse beyond all scope of reformation. All events and upheavals occurring in the world are the decrees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The destruction which has left Gazzah in ruins and rubble is within the purview of the aforementioned Aayat as well as many other Aayaat and Ahaadith. It is the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Ta'ala. The Clown, Trump with his avaricious eyes on Gazzah, excreted from his mouth: "As far as rebuilding it (i.e. Gazzah), we may give it to other states in the Middle East to build sections of it; other people may do it through our auspices. But we're committed to owning it, taking it, and making sure that Hamas doesn't move back. There's nothing to move back to. The place is a demolition site." The Clown is stupid. Nev- ertheless, he has stated with clarity the plans and plot of the Yahood and Nasaara, and the conspiracy is not restricted to Gazzah. The entire Middle East comes within the purview of the colonial plans of this stupid Clown who head a stupid nation of mad people. As far as Muslims are concerned, the entire earth belongs to only Allah Ta'ala. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "Verily, the earth belongs to only Allah. He grants it to whomever He wills." It is only Allah Ta'ala Who will decide the ownership of Gazzah and of all other countries on which the eyes of the Yahood and Nasaara are fixed. Currently, Muslims are being brutally dispossessed of their land as a Punishment for their treason and rebellion against Allah Ta'ala. As long as Muslims fail to understand the cause for their dispossession, suffering and humiliation, they will remain the serfs and serves of impure and brutal devils such as the Clown SAID RASULULLAH (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that Allah Ta'ala says: "I am Allah. There is no deity except I Who is the King of kings and the King of sover- eignty. The hearts of kings (rulers/governments) are in My Hand (Control and Power). When the people obey Me, I turn the hearts of the kings towards them with mer- cy and benevolence. When the people disobey Me, I imbue the hearts of the kings with wrath and venge- ance. Then they afflict the people with terrible punish- ment. Therefore do not involve yourselves (do not waste your time) upraiding (abusing and cursing) the kings. On the contrary, involve your- selves with Thikr and Tawaadhu' (Humility) so that I suffice for you against (the oppression) of your rulers." There are several more similar Ahaadith instructing us to refrain from vilifying and upraising the rulers. The consequence of disobedience of the people is the appointment by Allah Ta'ala of tyrants and oppressors to punish them. Muslims, including ourselves, invariably react emotionally when segments of the Ummah are tyrannized, terrorized and brutalized as is the current scenario in Palestine. Then we inveigh against the perpetrators – the rulers – for the acts of oppression and brutality to which they subject us. While this attitudinal configuration is a natural reaction of Muslims who cherish deep love for their suffering brethren, the need is to restrain the emotion and to react within the boundaries of the precepts of the Qur'aan and Sunnah. Vilifying the oppressors and hurling vituperation at them as we generally do, is in reality in conflict with the spirit and teaching of the Qur'aan and Sunnah. The Qur'aan Majeed explicitly declares: "No calamity can befall ex- cept with the permission of Allah. Whoever, believes in Allah, He guides his heart, and Allah is aware of everything." (At-Taghaabun, Aayat 11) "There is no calamity which befalls (you) on earth and even in yourselves except that it is recorded in a Kitaab even before We create it (the calamity)." (Al-Hadeed, Aayat 22) "Say: 'Never shall any calamity befall us except that which Allah has decreed for us. Therefore, the Mu'minoon should have trust on Allah." (At-Taubah, Aayat 51) Now that it is known to Muslims that all calamities and misfortunes are the decrees of Allah Ta'ala, then it does not behove us to allow our intellect to become overshadowed with emotion to the degree of becoming entirely forgetful of the advices and commands of Allah Ta'ala and His Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "The hearts of the rulers are in the control of Allah…" The calamity and the punishment which overtake us are the decrees of Allah Ta'ala. In this regard the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Nothing is hidden from your Rabb, be it a grain in the earth or in the sky, nor anything smaller than it (a grain) nor bigger, but it is recorded in a Clear Book (Looh Mahfooz)." (Yoonus, Aayat 61) "By Him are the Keys of the Ghaib. No one knows (the Ghaib) except He. He knows what is on the land and in the ocean. Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware of it. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab." (Al-An'aam, Aayat 59) Even the death of a leaf is recorded and it happens with the command of Allah Ta'ala. What should we now understand of the mighty upheavals occurring in the universe? When the earthquake strikes, when the volcano erupts, when the hurricane and the tsunami wrought havoc, death and destruction, we do not revile these creations of Allah Ta'ala. Just as these natural disasters bring death and destruction in their wake, so too do the kuffaar agents of Allah Ta'ala act. They act in terms of the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is He Who punishes us for our fisq, fujoor, kufr and treason. Allah Ta'ala sends an army from His numerous armies against us to brutalize and humiliate us. "The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah." (Al-Fath, Aayat 4) "The armies of the heavens and earth belong to Allah." (Al-Fath, Aayat 7) "No one knows the Armies of your Rabb, except He." (Al-Muddathir, Aayat 31) Referring specifically to His Kuffaar army, Allah Ta'ala states in the Qur'aan Majeed: "We have declared to Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab (Torah): 'You will assuredly cause an- archy twice on earth and reach great heights (extremes in anarchy/mischief/villainy). "When the first of the two promises comes, We shall send against you such of Our servants (kuffaar) who are powerful in war. They will penetrate (your) homes. This is a promise to be ful- filled." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 4 & 5) "When the second promise comes (they will with Our permission) disfigure your faces, enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered the first time (causing defilement and de- struction), and they will de- stroy everything they over- run." That was the heart-rending fate of the then Muslim Ummah and Palestine. That was the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala executed by the Kuffaar agents and army of Allah Azza Wa Jal (the Babylonian mushrikeen under Nebucanezzar) by the decree and permission of Allah Ta'ala. It ran its course as was decreed. Today that episode is being reenacted. The only difference is that Bani Israaeel today is the Kuffaar agent executing the Divine Punishment on the Muslim Ummah of today whereas in bygone times, Bani Israaeel was the Ummah being punished. This Punishment will run its prescribed course as decreed by Allah Ta'ala. Allah Azza Wa Jal is Samee (The Hearer), Baseer (The One Who Sees), Qaadir (The AllPowerful One, Aadil (The Just One) and Rahmaan (The Merciful One). He knows and sees everything, yet He is allowing the Yahood to execute their brutal genocide. That is because it is Allah Azza Wa Jal Who has empowered them and Who is directing the operations. Indeed these people (who do not befriend the op- ponents of Allah), Allah has embedded Imaan in their hearts and He assists them with His Mercy. He will admit them into such Orchards (of Jannat) be- neath which flow rivers. Therein shall they dwell for- ever. Allah is well pleased with them and they are well pleased with Him. Indeed, they are the Group (Hizb) of Allah. Behold! The Hizb of Allah shall be the on- ly successful ones." (Al-Mujaadalah, Aayat 22) "O People of Imaan! Do not take as friends your fathers and your brothers if they pre- fer kufr to Imaan. Those from among you (Muslims) who befriend them, indeed they are the Zaalimoon (oppressors)." (At-Taubah, Aayat 23) Muwaalaat (friendship) and Najaat (Salvation in the Hereafter) in Islam are based on Imaan. Friendship with anyone is for the sake of Allah Ta'ala - to acquire His Pleasure, not for any worldly and nafsaani motive. Such misguided 'friendship' must necessarily end in moral, spiritual and mundane corruption. Kuffaar can never be the friends of Muslims. Regardless of what hue and persuasion they may be, they are one breed of ingrates. The Qur'aan says that those Muslims who befriend the kuffaar even if they are fathers and brothers, are likewise kuffaar. Acts of philanthropy and altruism are not the criterion for friendship. The criterion is Imaan. From the Islamic perspective, humanitarian acts and philanthropy regardless of the benefit to mankind, are baseless and worthless without Imaan. In the Aakhirat, the good deeds of the kuffaar will be worthless. Describing worthless deeds of 'virtue', the Qur'aan Majeed states: "…he who does not believe in Allah and the Last Day, his similitude is like a rock on which sand (has gathered). When comes a gush of rain, it is left bare. These people have no control over anything they earn. Allah does not guide the kaafireen people." (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 264) The Zindeeqs who bootlick the kuffaar politicians and their interfaith kuffaar comrades elevate these so-called 'philanthropists' above the Muslimeen on the basis of their hollow proclamations of 'justice' and speeches against oppression. These Zanaadaqah claim that the kuffaar regardless of their kufr and rejection of Islam are more deserving of Jannat than sinful Muslims. The standard of salvation according to the hypocrite Zindeeqs is worldly humanitarian deeds, not Imaan. The Zindeeqs masquerading as Muslims are Satanists who believe themselves to be the rightly guided ones. Denouncing and rejecting them, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Verily, they take the shayaateen (devils) as friends besides Allah and they think that they are the guided ones." (Al-A'raaf, Aayat 30) The friendship of kuffaar is with Shaitaan. Regarding this reality, the Qur'aan Majeed referring to Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) says: "O my father! Do not worship shaitaan. Verily, shaitaan was to his Rabb a (rebellious) sinner. O my father! Verily I fear that the punishment from ArRahmaan will afflict you. Then you will become the friend of shaitaan." (Maryam, Aayat 45) "Verily, We have made the shayaateen (devils) the friends of those who have no Imaan." (Al-A'raaf, Aayat 27) These zindeeqs of our time belong to Hizbush Shaitaan (The Clique of Shaitaan). It is Iblees who urinates kufr into their brains: "Verily, he (Iblees) calls his Clique so that they become the people of the Fire." (Faatir, Aayat 6) It is only Shaitaan who inspired the Murtad to excrete the following statement of irrefutable kufr: "I could only say that by the evidence of my experience, Tutu deserved paradise more than an Imam or Sheikh or Mufti who said the right formula, but chose not be a witness for justice; who memorized the Quran but chose not to live it… while people like Tutu, Boesak, Beyers, Guru Krishna, Slovo were confronting evil!" The response to this murtad's 'experience and opinion' is that his copro idea is shaitaani excreta which he has disgorged. Muslims should understand well that this narrative of kufr can emanate only from someone doomed to Jahannam - someone created specifically to be Hasabu Jahannam (Fuel for Hell-Fire). Understand well that the worst scoundrel Muslim – one who believes in Allah, His Rasool and the fundamentals of Islam, will enter Jannat despite his mountains of villainy, injustice, oppression, debauchery, etc. If Allah Ta'ala chooses to forgive him, he will enter Paradise without even entering Jahannam to suffer punishment. If Allah Ta'ala selects to punish him, then after having served his punishment, he will enter Jannat, and the extent of his Jannat will be ten times the size of earth. On the other hand, the 'greatest' kaafir philanthropist who had dedicated his life to humanitarian activities and to fighting oppression, will be doomed to everlasting perdition and Hell-Fire because he is a TREASONIST. He wasted his entire worldly life in committing treason against His Creator. He had denied the Final Message and Law of His Creator, Allah Ta'ala. As such, he is doomed to be an everlasting inmate of Jahannam. For the kuffaar philanthropists and for their zindeeq bootlickers masquerading as Muslims, the Qur'aan states: "Before them is Jahannam. Whatever they had earned (done) will not avail them in any way whatsoever nor will those whom they adopted as friends besides Allah be of any avail. For them shall be a ter- rible punishment." (Al-Jaathiyah, Aayat 10) Their humanitarian activities and their so-called struggles against oppression will be of no avail. Their worldly efforts will all be wasted and worthless in the Aakhirah. For them their will be only everlasting Hell-Fire while the worst Muslim scoundrel will be in Jannat after serving his sentence or he may even be forgiven and sent to Jannat without punishment. This is because he is not a treasonist. He did not reject Tauheed and the Shariah stemming from Tauheed. He believed in the Risaalat of Muhammad (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He was not an idolater nor a cross-worshipper nor did he subscribe to any of the kufr beliefs of Tutu, Boesak and the Hindu Guru Krishna whose boots the Zindeeq is licking. These munaafiqeen will suffer horribly when Malakul Maut captures them. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "What will be their condition when the Angels (of Death) shall kill them, striking their faces and their backs? This (painful death) is the ef- fect of them having pursued things which countenanced the Wrath of Allah, and they were averse to the Pleasure of Al- lah. Thus, has He destroyed their (superficially good) deeds." Their humanitarian deeds of goodness will not avail them. Their deeds are worthless without the pivot of Imaan. Deeds bereft of the basis of Imaan will not secure salvation for the kuffaar and their underling, subordinate bootlicking munaafiqeen parading as 'muslims'. They will soon readily understand this reality and comprehend in entirety the self-destruction they had perpetrated throughout their lives: "They will say: 'Alas! If we had listened or if we had intelligence, we would not have become the companions of the Fire. Thus, will they concede their sins. Be- gone/Get far away (in per- dition)! (This will be) for the companions of the Fire!" (Al-Mulk, Aayat 10 & 11) The Qur'aanic term mentioning the distance and estrangement of the evil companions of the Fire is 'suhkan'. It is stated in a pejorative sense such as the Afrikaans term: 'VOETSEK! When these modernist munaafiq bootlicker and their mushrik idolaters will express grief at their fate, it will be said to them: "Voetsek! Get lost and disappear into the Blazing Fire." "Do not follow the kaafireen and the munaafiqeen. Ignore their harassment and repose trust on Allah. Allah suffices as a Helper." (Al-Ahzaab, Aayat 48) This Trust (Tawakkul) is attainable only by means of total obedience to the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah. "Verily, for you (Mu'mineen) there is a beautiful pattern of life in (the life of) Ibraa- heem and those with him. (Remember) when he said to his people: 'Verily, we (Mu'mineen) dissociate from you and from your objects of worship besides Allah. We reject you. Enmity and hatred have surfaced between you and us forever, until you be- lieve in Allah, The one…" (Al-Mumtahinah, Aayat 4) The Western kuffaar who are experts in plotting and fabricating schemes and conspira- cies against Islam have plotted their 'Abraham Accord' to trick, decieve and ensnare ignorant Muslims and modernists whose Imaan either dangles on a thread or has been effaced whilst studying at the brothel universities. But, there is no accord with the kuffaar in the Deen and Philosophy of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). He had with utmost clarity denounced the kuffaar and in the most strident manner did he proclaim adaawat (enmity) and baghdhaa' (hatred) for those who are mushriks. Nabi Ibraaheem's Uswah Hasanah dictated the proclamation against the kuffaar mentioned in the Aayat. Do not be misled and trapped in the snare of Iblees by the munaafiqs who bootlick the kuffaar politicians. All their 'accords' and interfaith issues are ploys of Iblees being executed by the zanaadaqah and modernists in the Muslim community. "We did not destroy towns except when their inhabitants were zaalimoon (evil trans- gressors and oppressors)." (Al-Qasas, Aayat 59) Towns and lands are destroyed by the Punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is only the gross and flagrant sinning and treason of the inhabitants which invite the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala. When the inhabitants exceed all bounds of transgression, fisq, fujoor and kufr, and have no regret and no intention of reforming, then the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala becomes justified. "Verily, We are not ghaafil (oblivious) Regarding creation." (Al-Mu'minoon, Aayat 17) Whatever transpires in the universe is by the decree of Allah Ta'ala. He is not ghaafil (oblivious) of the happenings on earth, in the universe and in His entire creation. While we grieve for the suffering of the Ummah in Palestine and elsewhere, we should not be ghaafil of the fact that Allah Azza Jal is aware of what is happening. He sees, hears, and has all the power to end the suffering. But His Wisdom is allowing the Athaab to continue, and it will run its prescribed course, and no one has the power to thwart the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. No one can fathom the mystery and wisdom of the decrees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. "Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. (Al-Fath, Aayat 7) Again emphasizing this fact and reality, the Qur'aan states; "No one knows the Armies of your Rabb, except He." (Al-Muddathir, Aayat 31) To punish the disobedient and rebellious Believers, Allah Ta'ala sends against them any unit from His Armies. The kuffaar, the hurricane, earthquake, tsunami, etc., etc. are all units of the Armies of Allah Ta'ala. They operate within the bounds of the power ordained for them. Who are the people who are entitled to receive the Aid of Allah Ta'ala? Answering this question, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Most assuredly, Allah will aid those who aid Him. Verily, Allah is powerful and mighty." (Al-Hajj, Aayat 40) Those who aid the Deen of Allah Ta'ala are the ones who "aid Allah Ta'ala". Who are they? Answering this question, the Qur'aan Majeed says: "They are those who, if We grant them authority on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit evil. And the fi- nal result is with Allah." (Al-Hajj, 41) Muslims who have abandoned the Deen and who regulate their lives in emulation of the kuffaar as is the case in all countries, do not deserve the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah. The consequences of being deprived of the Aid of Allah Ta'ala are glaringly visible today in Palestine, Kashmir, India, China, Somalia, Sudan, etc. "If Allah helps you, then none can defeat you. And, if He abandons you, then who is there to help you. The Mu'minoon should trust only Allah (and no one else)." (Aal Imraan, Aayat 160) This Aayat of the Qur'aan Majeed as well as other similar verses and supplementary Ahaadith should convince all understanding Muslims –Muslims with genuine Imaan – Imaan uncorrupted with western/atheistic ideologies - that there is no conundrum in the heart-rending conflagration consuming Muslims in Palestine. Whatever is transpiring in Palestine and in every other place in this universe, is the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal: "Everything is recorded in a Clear Kitaab." (Qur'aan) The Decree of Allah Ta'ala cannot be thwarted or impeded. It will run its prescribed course. Muslims, all over the world, have abandoned the Deen. They have forgotten Allah Ta'ala. He has therefore abandoned us by withholding His Nusrat (Help) from the Ummah. If Allah Ta'ala was pleased with Muslims, then according to the Qur'aan "none can defeat you". Today Muslims sprawled at the feet of the kuffaar and licking their boots, find no succour. The very boots they are licking and the very kuffaar they are emulating are kicking and humiliating them. Allah Ta'ala commands that the Mu'mineen should have Tawakkul (Trust) on only Him. But Muslims are reposing their trust on the stupid, imaginary and fictitious 'international community'. This international community, the UN, the international courts and other kuffaar institutions are all mirages and fictions. No one can aid Muslims because Allah Ta'ala has abandoned us. The only way of gaining the Nusrat of Allah Ta'ala is to return back to Islam with Taubah, Istighfaar, Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat. There is no other way. Some entities, namely the IUMS (International Union of Islamic Scholars) and Mufti Taqi Usmani) have issued the fatwa of Jihad being obligatory on all Muslim governments. In the wake of kuffaar brutalities on Muslim communities, not only in Gazzah, but in several other places such as Burma, India, China, etc., Jihad being Fardh on Muslim governments is an axiomatic truth and reality which is not in need of these belated fatwas. However, these fatwas are full of sound and fury signifying nil, absolutely nothing. Firstly, all regimes in all Muslim countries with the solitary exception of Afghanistan, are KUFR. The governments of the Muslim countries have abolished the Shariah and have substituted for it some western kufr system of government. Even the abolition of a single hukm of the Shariah is kufr. But we find that the entire Shariah has been expunged from the law system of all Muslim countries. Kuffaar regimes governing the Muslim countries with systems of Kufr cannot be expected to heed the flapdoodle fatwas of the Muftis who themselves are generally bootlickers of the kufr regimes. Did Mufti Taqi ever issue the fatwa of Jihad being Fardh on the government of Pakistan regarding the brutalities of Burma and India on their respective Muslim communities? Palestine in relation to Burma and India is far away. Did Mufti Taqi ever say that Jihad is Fardh on the Pakistani government regarding the issue of Kashmir? And did the IUMS ever issue such a fatwa for governments adjoining countries where genocide was being perpetrated against Muslims? The armed forces of all Muslim countries are in cahoots with their respective kuffaar governments, hence they too are kuffaar regardless of their trumpeting 'islamic' themes. The kufr of the regimes has rendered the armed forces impotent against the kuffaar. The only utility the armies in Muslim countries have is to oppress and brutalize their civilian populations. But against the kuffaar, they are absolutely useless, hopeless and impotent. In addition to being silent spectators of the massacres and genocide in Gazzah, all armies, airforces, navies and governments are in cahoots with Israel and the USA. In fact, they are totally submissive and docile on account of their fear for the Yahood and Nasaara, and such fear is the effect of being fearless against Allah Ta'ala. This includes Qatar who deceptively portrays to be in support of Palestine while in reality it too is in collaboration with the Yahood and Nasaara. While the Grand Iblees 'mufti' of Egypt castigated these entities for their fatwa, calling it 'irresponsible', we say that it is a hilarious joke devoid of substance. "Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He grants its dominion to whomever He wills of His servants. The ultimate result (of success and victory) is for the Muttaqeen." (Qur'aan) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: the zulm they are inflicting on these unfortunate Muslims who have settled in Pakistan since many decades. Thousands have been born in Napakistan and have no ties with Afghanistan. Since the regime in Napakistan is kufr, it conducts itself like the kuffaar Yahood in Gazzah. A kufr regime masquerading as Muslims, excel in zulm. It is therefore uncaring and oblivious of the cruelty and brutality it is inflicting on the more than million Reciters of the Kalimah. There is absolutely no justification for this inhuman treatment and zulm on an entire community of more than a million whose 'crime' is that the kufr government of Napakistan has some political differences with the Taliban. In a flaccid and baseless attempt to justify the expulsion of the Afghan community, the government of Napakistan alleges that these immigrants are linked to criminal activities. This is the worst stupid, flapdoodle reason proffered by the kufr regime for justifying its cruelty. (Qur'aan) Question I came across the following extract a while ago: In 1857, many Indian Ulama declared 'Jihad with the sword' against the British. There was a noted Aalim in Deoband, Maulana Shaikh Muhammad (Rahmatullah alayh), whose opinion op- posed that of the Ulama who favoured jihad. He claimed that, far from it being a duty binding on Muslims to wage jihad against the British, given the prevailing conditions, it was not even permissible according to the Shariah. Hence, a consultative meeting was held in Deoband, in which, among others, Maulana Rashid Ahmad Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh) and Maulana Muhammad Qasim Nanotvi (Rahmatullah alayh) (both of whom were soon to be closely involved in the establishment of the Darul Uloom at Deoband) also participated. Describing this discussion, Maulana Husain Ahmad Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) writes in his autobiography titled, Naqsh-e-Hayat: "In this meeting, the issue of Jihad was discussed. Very courteously, Hazrat Nanotvi asked Maulana Shaikh Muhammad, "Hazrat, what is the reason that you do not declare jihad to be a binding duty (farz), nor even permissible (jaa'iz)?" He replied, "We do not have the weapons and instruments for jihad. We are lacking in resources." Maulana Nanotvi then said, "Do we not have even such resources as [the Muslims had] during the battle of Badr?" At this, Maulana Shaikh Muhammad remained silent." (Naqsh-eHayat, 1954, Vol. 2, p. 42)" Why did Moulana Shaikh Muhammad (Rahmatullah alayh) remain silent? Is it appropriate/correct to compare the 1857 Mujaahideen with the Ashaab-e-Badr (Radhiyallaahu Ta'ala 'anhum)? I've found this sort of 'comparison' (which I feel is an incorrect term for this) countless times. I recall reading a similar 'comparison' in For Friends of Moulana Maseehullah (Rahmatullaahi 'Alayh). Similarly, in various articles/books in the Majlis as well, such a 'comparison' appears. Please comment. The analogy with Badr is incorrect. Hence, Shaikh Muhammad (Rahmatullah alayh) remained silent. However, due to the premises on which he had based his opinion being erroneous, he could not venture the appropriate response, hence his silence. He had based his view on the lack or comparative pauci- ty of weaponry. But this is grossly incorrect. The success and victories of the Battles of the Sahaabah and early Muslims were not at all reliant on superiority/abundance of weaponry and numerical superiority. We do not know to which extent of need and importance Shaikh Muhammad regarded "the resources". If his focus was only on this aspect, then obviously he was in error. His silence is indeed a conundrum. Why did he not respond? The analogy with the Sahaabah will be correct only if the Muslim Ummah as a whole is Muttaqeen and obedient to the Shariah. For such fighters, it will be correct to remind them of the extreme paucity of weaponry of the Sahaabah. Their victories were not reliant on material superiority. If we had been present in that Shura, we would have sided with Shaikh Muhammad but from a different perspective. We would have advised the other Hadhraat: The time for Jihad is not opportune because the level of Imaan of the masses is putrid and on the verge of kufr. We have to concentrate on the Islaah of the Ummah. We cannot compare our current Ummah with the Sahaabah. To be like the Sahaabah, Tawakkul is imperative. Tawakkul is the effect of Islaah of the Nafs. The Ummah has to be first prepared, then will follow Jihad. That was what Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had done in the first 10 years of Nubuwwat. It was only Islaah and Ibaadat. Military preparedness and abundance of ammunition and weapons will fail and Muslims will not achieve success as long as they have not developed the required degree of Roohaaniyat. Spiritual stamina is imperative for Muslim victory. The lack or paucity of weapons at Badr was complemented with the highest level of Imaan from which stems Roohaaniyat. History has proven the failure of the Jihad campaigns in India. It was because the masses were absolutely corrupt. Once Hadhrat Maasihullah (Rahmatullah alayh) said that if in this age the greatest Wali becomes Ameerul Mu'mineen, he will fail because of the evil and villainy of the masses. The very first requisite is Inaabat Ilallaah. Niyyat (Intention) is not sufficient for the acceptability of an act. Along with a sincere niyyat, the method adopted should also conform to the Shariah. Since protest marches do not conform to the Shariah, the niyyat does not suffice. Therefore abstain. Make dua. Q. Is it proper to say that Americans deserved the Fires? What about the innocents? Is it permissible to have pity for them? A. Most certainly the Americans deserved the punishment of the Fires which are the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala. How can anyone not believe that they deserved it when Allah Ta'ala decreed that they deserve the punishment? Regarding the identity of the group mentioned in the Hadith pertaining to Ghazwah Hind, there is no clarity. It is ambiguous.
