Nowadays millions, not thousands, of professed 'Muslims' are not genuine Muslims, hence they believe in innumerable haraam activities to be halaal. If this scoundrel whom you call a 'brother' was a Muslim at heart, he would automatically understand that he is indulging in zina when he trains with a prostitute female trainer.
