Question
If Isha' Salaat was mistakenly performed without wudhu, but the two Sunnats thereafter and the Witr were performed with Wudhu, should all of these Salaat be repeated?
Answer
The Isha' and the 2 raka'ts Sunnat should be repeated, not the Witr. However, it is better to repeat even the Witr since this is the Fatwa of Imaam Abu Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh) and Imaam Muhammad (Rahmatullah alayh).
