The foetus is more than four months. The doctors say that the life of the mother is in danger, therefore abortion is necessary. Is it permissible?
Answer
After 120 days the foetus is a living human being. Abortion is totally haraam regardless of the rubbish kufr the doctors utter. They are atheists. Even if the mother will die, the baby cannot be murdered. Maut comes at its appointed time by the command of Allah Ta'ala. Life cannot be saved when it is time for Maut.
If life is detected even before 120 days, then too abortion will be murder and haraam.
