Is it permissible for a Muslim female to have hair removed by laser?
Answer
If the hair-remover is a female kaafirah, then she may not see or handle the arms, legs and any part of the satar of a Muslim female. The hair of the head may also not be exposed to her. If the professional is a Muslim female, she may not look at and handle any part of the female's satr.
