Question
Can females apply a very subtle smelling perfume, such that it is not smelt by others unless they come extremely close to her. This would of course be applied for hygiene purposes, and not to attract males when exiting the house.
Answer
Even if she applies the type of perfume you have described, she will be labelled an „adulteress‟ in terms of the Hadith if she goes out of her home.
