THE WORST SERVANTS

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "The vilest of the servants of Allah are those who wander about with gossip, and those who create discord between beloved ones, and those who slander innocent ones."

WILL EXECUTORS

All un-Islamic wills generally confer to the executors the right of ‗sole discretion' to enable them to deal with the winding up of the estate as they deem fit.

Executors have no right of ‗sole discretion'. On the death of a person his/her heirs automatically become the owners immediately of their respective shares. Thus, the trustees/ executors have no right to act in conflict of the dictates of the heirs.

The duty of the executor/trustee is to only ensure that the estate of the deceased is expeditiously distributed in terms of the Islamic Law of Inheritance.
