I would like to ask whether it is permissible for a female to use an AI-generated voice (male or female) for educational purposes instead of her own voice, due to concerns regarding speaking in accordance with Shariah?
Answer
It is not permissible for a female to listen to any program by a male and also vice versa. These AI generated voices are not permissible. A male may listen to only a male's voice and a female to a female's voice.
